My husband and I stayed in this house for the month of February with our son (who is in his twenties). It was everything we were looking for in an L.A. rental. The house is two blocks from Whole Foods. One block from a great rib spot. And nine blocks (although that's a fifteen minute walk) from the beach. We spent most of our time in Santa Monica, but we did even go to the public golf course (only four blocks away) and play golf while we were there. It's 15 minutes from LAX and you hop on the 10 freeway to get downtown. We have already told the owners that we will be back next year!
