Quay #2004 10700 Costal Hwy. Non-Smoking 1,131 Sq. Ft. Saturday-Saturday Rental New and fresh! This amazing 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has undergone an extensive remodel!! New furniture, new ceramic tile flooring and tasteful decorator influences are readily visible throughout the entire unit. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, matching love seat and swivel chair with a new Sony 46” flat screen television as well as a DVD player. Kitchen has lightwood cabinets and new appliances with a breakfast bar area. The master bedroom has a brand new super comfy queen-sized bed and a 32” Sony flat screen television. The second bedroom has two twin beds also with brand new comfy pillow-top mattresses/box springs. A new washer/dryer is in the hallway closet and both bathrooms have also undergone recent remodeling. There is satellite TV with many premium channels. You will also find about 30 or so DVDs to enjoy.

We treat this unit as an extension of our primary home, not as a commercial rental property. We decided to rent out the unit to help offset some of the costs of ownership.

Experience the great ocean view, wonderful view of the bay and downtown and a chance to see beautiful sunsets. The ocean-front pool and beach are literally just a few steps away. The gym is also ocean-front. Maximum occupancy is 6 in this non-smoking unit. Building amenities include heated indoor and outdoor pools, an oceanfront well-equipped gym, a tennis court, an arcade game room which includes pool tables, a room with ping pong tables, and free wireless internet on the 2nd floor.

Enjoy convenient check-in / check-out from our L&F Rental Office on the 2nd floor. (Note: This protects you as this is a verifiable rental coordinator - your vacation and money are safe!) At peak times, the Quay charges a non-refundable building registration fee which includes parking for 1 car (second car first come first serve that can be arranged upon arrival with security for additional fee). The $35 weekly fee runs from May 2, 2014 to October 2, 2014.
