Seriously -- this is the one you want. Direct oceanfront upper-floor condominium with spectacular views. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, almost 1,700 square feet of luxurious living space, and a fantastic oceanfront balcony.

Elizabeth and I are individual owners -- not a management company -- and you will love staying at our Cinnamon Beach condominium. Give us a try! We can provide custom quotes for any length stay.

Our direct oceanfront, fourth-floor Cinnamon Beach condominium is a new, beautifully decorated, oceanfront apartment condominium that overlooks the Atlantic, miles of beach, and provides nearby access to the intracoastal waterway in a secluded, resort-type setting.

Located on the fourth floor, this single-level unit is accessible by both elevator and stairs and provides almost 1,700 square feet of beautifully furnished living space. As you enter the foyer you are greeted by ten foot ceilings, tiled floors, and a breathtaking view of the ocean through the sliding glass door to the balcony.

The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops and is well-equipped with everything you need to make meals and beverages for everyone. The kitchen is open to the living and dining rooms that have spectacular ocean views.

The dining room is ready for candlelight dinners, family gatherings, or anything in between. The living room has generous amounts of seating arranged to take advantage of the breathtaking ocean views as well as a fully-equipped entertainment center including a large-screen HDTV.

The three bedrooms and two baths are a split plan for more privacy. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV and NeoTV (Netflix, Hulu+, Pandora Radio, and more). The master suite off the living room has a king-size bed from which you can watch TV or enjoy panoramic ocean views. The master bath has a large Jacuzzi tub, and a separate shower stall. Back down the hallway are two beautifully decorated and comfortable guest bedrooms, with a shared bath and generous closet space. One guest room has a queen-size bed and dresser. The other bedroom has a bunk bed combination that sleeps three (double bed on the bottom, single on the top) and a dresser. The unit also has a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

The huge oceanfront balcony is equipped with a dining table and chairs, allowing you to enjoy the sound of the surf, the smell of the crisp salt air and the sight of moonlight shimmering on the ocean.

This condominium building is located just a short walk from the two Cinnamon beach clubhouses. The Ocean Clubhouse, designed with adults in mind, offers a secluded environment. The ideal place to watch the sunrise or enjoy an evening sea breeze, it includes a spectacular lap pool, a viewing tower overlooking the ocean, and chairs and umbrellas for use on the beach. The livelier Lake Clubhouse includes the Cinnamon Grille, an excellent fitness facility, a family pool with a spray ground, kiddie pool, a teen center with Foosball and air hockey, and an entertainment room with a billiards table, all with views of the freshwater lake.

And, of course the beach! Two-and-a-half miles of secluded, semi-private beach literally ten steps from your door. Clean, quiet and undeveloped: You can walk the beach for hours, or grab your boogie board and head out into the waves.

With six area golf courses and the close proximity to the World Golf Village in St Augustine and the TPC at Ponte Vedra, this is truly a golfer's paradise. Add the beautiful cinnamon-colored beach and stunning pools and you have the perfect family vacation location.

Hi, we're John and Elizabeth: Our family owns both Units 853 and 844 in beautiful Cinnamon Beach at Ocean Hammock. Yes, it's a large family, and over the years we have discovered more and more people that seem to be related to us. It may have something to do with owing a vacation property in Florida.

The condominiums are both beautiful direct oceanfront apartments, and you can't go wrong with either one. We've spent time and sweat to make them into gorgeous living spaces. We love them. You will, too.

We fell in love with Cinnamon Beach and the Palm Coast area. We spend much of the winter months maintaining and improving our vacation home, and are excited to share it with others. Please consider it your home away from home as well!

YOUR CONDO WAS PERFECT IN EVERY WAY!

John and Elizabeth...what a perfect place for our family vacation. The location made for an easy walk to the pool area and very convenient access to the beach. The condo was fully equipped to meet our every need. Our daughter and teenage granddaughter each enjoyed spacious bedrooms...complete with televisions in each! The master bedroom and bath were spacious and comfortable. Your beautiful condo was great in every way! Cinnamon Beach at Ocean Hammock is a wonderful vacation spot with your condo being the perfect home away from home! GREAT CONDO!

We loved our week at unit 844! It was well decorated, and had everything we needed! The view was beautiful! We appreciated that the tables inside & outside both had room for 6 people! We ate all of our meals on the patio enjoying the nice ocean breeze! The condo was in excellent condition, very clean, and the photos accurately represented the condo! We would definitely recommend this condo to a friend! We loved eating at JT's seafood shack, and going to the European Village to eat!

ENJOYABLE STAY WITH TERRIFIC OCEAN VIEWS

This is our second time to Cinnamon Beach and the Ocean Hammock Resort. The condo we stayed at this year was wonderful. It had everything and more. The ocean views, to include the sunrises, were spectacular. The condo was very spacious and well equipped. It exceeded all of our needs. The furniture was comfortable and we were able to truly relax the week we were there. The NeoTV was great. We have a 4 year old that loved all the cartoons that were available at the push of a button. Pool and beach just minutes away. The only downside to the entire stay, and no fault of the owners or unit, was that we had rowdy guests next door that spent a lot of time on the balcony smoking. We could have spent more time on the balcony enjoying the views if it were not for the smoke that we smelled every time we were on the balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this unit to anyone looking in this resort.

Thank you very much for taking the time to post a review, I'm *very* sorry that your stay was affected by the guests next door: This rarely happens, as most tenants and guests are respectful of their neighbors -- but I sincerely apologize for the fact that it affected your stay.

There are procedures in place to deal with disruptive individuals -- security and noise complaint hotlines -- but it's also clear that pursuing that approach does not always work, and can exacerbate the problem.

We don't allow smoking on our own unit, and at one point, I was under the impression that smoking on the balcony of any unit was not permitted. However, I have just now reviewed our community's guidelines, and can find no reference to smoking. But, of course, in the larger sense, it's no fun spending your vacation trying to police other guests.

Once again, my apologies for the fact that your stay was less than ideal. I do appreciate that you enjoyed our condominium, and I hope you will consider staying with us again.

WONDERFUL CONDO FOR A DREAM VACATION

Terrific Condo, great landlords, location that is convenient to everything and a pristine resort – We completely enjoyed our time spent- Highlights for you to consider are:
1) The balcony is huge and directly overlooks the ocean - The balcony dining table is large enough for 6 adults to sit comfortably with enough room left over for two lounge chairs for stretching out – We enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner all on the balcony
2) The view is awesome with incredible sun rises – Leave the door in the master bedroom open at night and sleep to the sounds of the surf
3) The building was very quiet – Never heard the neighbors through the walls
4) Covered parking with a 30 foot walk to the elevator was a huge plus – There are luggage carts in the garage to get suitcases and groceries up to the 4th floor in a single trip
5) Open floor plan with plenty of space overall and comfortable furnishings – Lots of little touches like a “Smart Thermostat” and strategically located light dimmer switches – First class all the way
6) The kitchen has all the pots, pans and cooking utensils you’d ever need (Three size frying pans for getting all the French Toast out at one time) – You get both China and plastic dishware (Plastic comes in hand for the kids) and there are more than enough glasses and coffee cups – Wineglasses and corkscrews, colanders, roasting pans, toaster oven, cutlery …. You will lack nothing when you want to cook
7) There is a television in the living room and also all three bedrooms with plenty of channels and also Netflix, Pandora and YouTube
8) Chest full of beach toys for the kids with shovels and pails, boogie boards. etc
9) Access to the beach is a three minute walk – The cinnamon sand was a delight to sun on or walk along – Great for flying kites
10) Access to the pool area is a ten minute walk - You get a choice of a toddler pool, a kid’s splash zone with water slide, family pool with slope entry or across the street an all adult pool – A;; the areas are exceptionally clean and well maintained
11) Terrific local restaurants at all price points - Mezzaluna Pizzeria delivers right to the condo and the pizza and subs are great – Captains BBQ is a 10 minute drive and the ribs are meaty and full of flavor at a price that doesn’t scare away the locals – For a higher end dinner visit 368 but you’ll need reservations as the tables fill up every night – La Piazza has fair Italian food but the value for quality wouldn’t warrant a repeat for us

We have a few changes coming up later this year: New dishwasher (I like to replace a major appliance each year, and we donate the older ones to charity); new living room and dining room furniture, and possibly, new carpeting in the bedrooms -- if I can somehow get that furniture moved!

On the restaurant front, we love Captain's BBQ as well! I'm not sure if you tried any of the restaurants in Flagler Beach, but one of our favorites is Golden Lion: Great rooftop patio and incredible "Giant Beer-Battered Fish". We were just there a couple of weeks ago, and miss it already.
