Apartment with Garden, exclusively situated, spacious, 5 star property

The Apartment is decorated with good taste, with modern fittings in both bathrooms and kitchen. The apartment has access to garden and secure parking area via frontal veranda. Nearly all rooms have views of the Gardens and sea views of the Bay of Cascais.

The Apartment is rented out throughout the year. The walls have been well insulated therefore providing a cool environment in Summer and cosy and warm in Winter with the help of Central Heating.

The area of the Apartment is approximately 170 m², so ample space for our guests.

Monte Estoril is probably the most prestigious residential area in Portugal, Located between Estoril and Cascais.

This means that the property is walking distance in minutes, to all amenities, shops, train station (to Lisbon), beaches, restaurants, taxi rank and sporting & recreation facilities. Good location to relax or be active.

The apartment has full exclusive use to the Gardens and secure parking area via frontal Veranda. The Veranda and the Gardens prove to be very popular with our guests, which provides a tranquil place to relax individually or in a group, using the outside lounge areas, especially with great views of the Bay of Cascais. The Gardens are fully secure so children can play without worries. This year we have covered part of the large grassed area, at the bottom of the garden, with a sandy gravel, to reduce water consumption. This area has become a great success with the children of our guests, which use it with their imagination....... We try and provide all what you will require to make you feel at home, so all the usual things are provided such as towels, sheets, blankets, plates, cutlery wine glasses etc. etc...

Spacious flat with beautiful garden

This property is located in beautiful and quiet Monte Estoril, a stone's throw from the train station and a five-minute walk from the beach. From here you can easily access Cascais (a short walk away) and all of the Estoril coast and Lisbon via train. I was initially worried about noise from the main road nearby (Marginal), but you could barely hear it. The flat was clean, very spacious and airy and had a beautiful self-contained garden, perfect for little ones. My 2.5 year old absolutely loved the space and the garden. The owners were very friendly and helpful and let us enjoy the property without any interference. The fact that they live upstairs is very handy, should you need their assistance, which was promptly provided. My only criticism of the property is that there were not blinds in every room and the curtains were not quite dark enough. Other than that, we loved our stay. We will return and recommend it to others.

Lovely sunny apartment

We had a lovely stay at the Monte Estoril apartment.
It was just as described,clean and spacious.
An added bonus was to have the peaceful garden in which to sit and read.
Neil, the owner, was very kind checking that we had everything we needed for a restful stay.
The apartment is in an ideal position for Cascais, Lisbon or walks along the cliff tops.
We would certainly go back again.

Great apartment & location

We recently spent a week at the apartment, which we used as a base to explore the area. We had a car but you wouldn't need one to get to most places. However, my son was working near Mafra in a remote spot so it was a "must" for us. Apartment has secure parking off-road.
There were 4 of us - all adults. Apartment had everything we needed and was very spacious - plenty of room for a large group. Neil was there if needed, but otherwise left us to it.
Plenty of beaches & restaurants within walking distance - as is the casino at Estoril (we didn't lose too much!).
I have already recommended the place to several friends and would have no hesitation in staying there again.

Stunning location, superb accommodation.

Our family of six ( age range 12-79) has just returned from a
fortnight in this lovely apartment. Exceptionally spacious accommodation, excellently equipped - full sized four ring gas cooker and oven especially appreciated for home catering. Also plentiful hot water throughout the day and generous supply of towels.

The flat is the bottom floor of a family home, but has its own entrance
and feels entirely private. Neil, the owner, while friendly and informative is the least intrusive of hosts.

Excellent local minimarket and world class patisserie two minutes from
the apartment. We were travelling without a car and didn't need one.
Monte Estoril is quiet and classy, with an excellent beach for family swimming. Cascais is a ten minute walk around the coast. Fast, cheap trains to Lisbon ( 1.85 euros) and local buses to Sintra on the doorstep. A bus from Cascais also takes you round the coast to Guincho where spectacular surf proved a great hit with teenage kids.

We found Portugal considerably cheaper than other European holiday spots ( eating out is particularly good value ) and the locals were unfailingly welcoming; when we were wandering, map in hand, through the backstreets of Lisbon, cars stopped to set us on the right road. We also felt completely confident about letting the kids explore on their own - my twelve year old particuarly enjoyed his early morning runs to the (free) exercise equipment on the promenade.

All in all, we would unreservedly recommend this apartment for a terrific family holiday.

Una estancia aagradable

La casa tiene muy buena situación, ya que puedes ir anadando a la playa, al centro comercial y a Cascais. Loa propetiarios son muy agradables y aunque la casa tuvo algunos desperfectos lo solucionaron y tuvieron detalles con nosotros.
Tienen una barbacoa en el jardin que pudimos disfrutar.
