Why Susan Worth chose Ostional
Our love affair with Nosara began 25 years ago and our two twenty-something daughters consider Nosara their second home. We bought the Rancho Rio Montana property in the 1990's commited to maintaining the property as a vibrant working cattle ranch which supports several local families. In 2004 we finally decided it was time to build and we finished our home in 2008. We have hosted many wonderful gatherings of family and friends over the past five years.
What makes this villa unique
Our house was built by us as a labor of love: from the 'eco friendly' features to the custom wood work built entirely with wood harvested on the Ranch. The tranquility and privacy of the Ranch location is unique and what we love the most. When asked, our family and virtually all of our guests will tell you that the horseback riding on the Ranch with the cowboys is there very favorite activity. As wonderful as it is to hang out at the beach there is something special about leaving all the heat and dust behind and heading up to the Ranch at the end of the day to enjoy the cooling breezes and spectacular sunsets.
