The layout of this home is phenomenal. You can expect clean colorful linens and plush towels and a Comfortable KING sized platform bed in the master bedroom (with a large closet)

KITCHEN facilities are gourmet useful with a Multipure water Filter, microwave, stove and oven, Fiestaware dishes for 9, pots/pans, tea kettle and coffee maker, of course. There is a dining room table which will accommodate 6 chairs.

Your own private washer and dryer in the basement.

There is a backyard with ample space for pets and children to run around. Table and chairs, as well, seasonally.

We will cater to your children and well behaved pets. We are very detailed oriented when we clean so as to not affect future guests. Please just let us know what you have and need. Bicycles welcome and room to stow them. On street vehicle parking out front.

I bought this property as an investment property and was well on my way on a steep learning curve into the land of property management, which as it turns out- I love!

The location is seriously incredible. The House has great energy and the layout is sweet. You can feel it!

Original infrastructure and design still intact mixed with modern amenities and comfort, plus the amazing walking distance to lots of cool and useful places makes this property easily accessible and easily enjoyed as well!

GREAT PLACE! COMFORTABLE, CONVENIENT, CLEAN.

We visited Portland for a ladies weekend, two adults and two high school seniors to explore the city. Very fun accommodations, updated interior, clean and comfy. Fun furniture, all conveniences, much roomier than a hotel room. Close enough to downtown with its own neighborhood. We recommend the Lebanese restaurant in the neighborhood.

WHAT CAN I SAY BUT "WE'LL BE BACK!"

What can I say but "We'll Be Back!"

First off, Bella is wonderful Host/Hostess! She is readily available for any questions and/or concerns you might have, responding to them very quickly. Everything was great with our stay, and we actually had no reason to contact her, but she went out of her way to check in with us, via a friendly text, just to see if we did.

This is a great place for a family vacation stay -- it's nicely laid out, located in a safe residential neighborhood, close to many things, has lots of amenities, cable, blu-ray, laundry facilities... the list goes on. And we all especially loved the cool retro decor, very stylish, and the very comfortable beds!

The neighborhood seems to be very up and coming too, with restaurants, cafes, a classic movie theatre that serves pizza & craft beer (a very PDX thing), a new craft beer bottle shop, and a soon to be open brewpub/brewery of some kind, all within a couple of blocks.

** Craft Beer is VERY BIG in Portland, to say the least! **

My only wish was that this unit's yard had a fence, like the unit next door, so that we would have felt somewhat comfortable with our kids playing out there alone, but other than that -- it's nice that they did have the yard to play in, with our supervision.

That said, there's Mt Tabor Park just about a mile (or less) away, which has a nice playground surrounded by redwoods and an actual in the city "volcano" (don't worry, it's dormant... I think. ;-)!

What can I say but "We'll Be Back!"

NICE HOUSE IN A DECENT LOCATION

We had a lovely time. The house was comfortable and very clean! They also provided us a crib, which was very helpful! Although the house is a little further from downtown and some hipper locations than I originally wanted, it was conveniently located to a few restaurants and a Target. Plus, everything was a pretty easy drive. The neighborhood is pretty and relaxing.
