This apartment has a usable balcony leading off from the kitchen with wonderful views of the gulf. Offering private sunsets at certain times of the year. So if you have stayed in this apartment before, it is now even better!!!
Beautifully maintained apartment with a queen bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the second bedroom. There is a good size eat-in kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, the lounge is furnished to a high standard, including a 30 inch flat screen HDTV with satellite. There is an additional sunroom to the front of the home offering beach decor whilst taking in your own private views over the gulf and if you can't see the sunset from the balcony you can probably se it from here.
As with all the apartments at Seventh Heaven, you'll enjoy the use of a fully enclosed garden with a hot tub, grill and outdoor furniture. They are turnkey furnished and offer everything you need for your vacation, including all linens and towels. There are also plenty of beach chairs and even coolers available for all tenants use.

We stayed at this property most of Jan and all of Feb 2015. We found the home equipped with everything we needed, the front porch is great for reading or just enjoying the views. The court yard is large and a great place to socialize, we loved the hot tub! Location is perfect it's a short walk to beach, restaurants , and bars with ample entertainment . We can't wait to return next year!
We enjoyed our stay at this property. The bathroom is small for four people to get ready. There were few utensils for cooking and no filters for the coffee maker. The blinds were in need of repair because they didn't close. The BBQ grill was great and we enjoyed the hot tub. It was great to walk across the street to the beach.
Great Stay! Great value! This clean and tidy property was as described. The suite is cozy and has the character of an older beach cottage. The off-suite deck is a lovely place for breakfast and the shared outdoor garden area is spacious, private and well equipped with seating and a large grill...we used often. Location is convenient: across the street from the beautiful beach and walking path, and close to restaurants and convenience store. The free (or by donation) island trolley made everything on the whole island minutes away, making driving optional. The owner was prompt to reply to all my questions both before and during our stay, and was very accommodating in allowing us to extend our stay by a night at the last minute...it was difficult to leave!! Our deposit was also quickly refunded. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this property to others.
