Relax by the pool, and let the kids run free in the private, fully fenced yard with optional childproof pool gate to ease your mind. Or, take a short ride to St. Pete Beach or Clearwater Beach. After a day at the beach, leave the hustle and bustle of the beach area and return home to peace and quiet or head to downtown St Pete for dinner and a walk along the Tampa Bay.

Enjoy all that the Tampa/St. Pete area has to offer. Renowned restaurants, outdoor concerts, movies, street fairs. Lots of shopping, fishing, golfing, water sports, museums, Tropicana Field (home of the Tampa Bay Rays), etc. Parks and playgrounds abound.

I love the convenient location to the downtown St Pete area as well as to St Pete Beach, Clearwater Beach and Tampa. Everything is within a 30-40 minute drive and even Disney World and Sea World is less than two hours away!! What could be better?

Our five month stay

Hi Kim;

As we enter our last week at your home after a five month stay I want to report that we have been more than satisfied with every aspect of our tenure here. We feel we were very fortunate to have come across it as a place to stay during the restoration of our house on Snell Isle.

Although we have lived in St. Petersburg for over 10 years we had never recognized all the merits of your community. The area is only two miles farther from the city center than our place we found it even more quiet and traffic free than our place. It is a very safe neighborhood for walking with a very friendly family oriented feel to it.

Your house is in excellent condition and your furnishings far nicer and more complete than we expected of a rental. We have felt more as though we have been house sitting a nice home.
