The villa has a 250 square metres (m2) with 715m2 of garden, 23m2 of heated pool outside and mini gym.

At the ground floor you will find 1 bedroom with double bed; 1 bathroom, a toilet, well equipped kitchen with seating for 10 people; a living room with home cinema, satellite, a balcony; and an open fire place.

On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms with double beds,and 3 bathrooms; one with loggia and one with TV.

Linen and towels are included, also children's beds are available.

The house is air conditioned and free Wi-Fi.

Outdoor; in garden you'll find a barbecue, a heated pool, a garden chairs with table, and table tennis. The path is covered with stone, and outside villa you have a 3 parking places.

A perfect location closed to the center of Pula (5mn), well equiped, with heated pool and air conditionned. What else ? The host with good advice and really kind. Don't hesitate to rent a boat to discover the coastiline, wonderfull !
I am sure that we shall be coming back next year.

Just Perfect !!!

We will thank you for a great holiday about two weeks in istria.
The house is perfect for a holiday with friends or family. There is everything you need, aircondition in every room, a gym, a great livingroom, tv with every channel, a great kitchen, a grill, a pool ... .
And everything was new and working perfect.
The owner of the house is a very friedly and helpfull man, he was callable 24 h 7 days in the week for questions and problems.
We enjoy our holiday in the Villa Dejana and will come back.
Thank you Dean, we will meet again.

The best week with friends in Croatia - Pula.

We arrive in 01.06.2012, 9 people. From this day starting our 6 days in Croatia. About this apartment I can tell a lot, but first before book I think why I need pool, nobody sleep at pool and take sun. BUT now I can not imagine next time house with out pool. All mornings before going some where we swim in pool and all afternoons before go to sleep also take a small swim.
House owner - Dean help as in any question and give many god advice what to do or where to go. Also if we need just some small think, we call him and after 10 min. he resolve our problem.
House location also are in good place 5 min. till magazine and 10 min till center of Pula.
Together with friend this apartment give 100% holidays in Pula.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa in 7 adulti.
La casa era perfettamente pulita, completa di qualsiasi cosa!
Aspirapolvere, lavatrice, tappeti in bagno, bagnoschiuma, sapone, phon, cuscini per gli sdraio in giardino, legno per il barbecue, guanti e tutto quello che serve!!
C'era persino lo zucchero ed il sale in cucina!!
Asciugamani a volontà, 4 camere matrimoniali di cui 3 con il bagno in camera, ed una con balcone sopra la piscina!
Fresca, pulita ed elegante!
Dean è gentilissimo, pronto ad aiutarti per qualsiasi cosa!
Sempre reperibile grazie al cellulare che ci ha lasciato in casa!
Giardino curato, piscina pulita riscaldata dal sole, non automaticamente.
È stato tutto perfetto!
Torneremo sicuramente alla villa, e la consiglio con il cuore a tutti!
Una casa così bella, elegante e pulita non l'avevo mai vista!
Nelle vicinanze due grandi supermercati per rifornire il frigo!
Noi ci siamo trovati davvero bene!
Posto silenzioso! Insomma, è stata una vera soddisfazione!
Mi sono innamorata della casa e della gentilezza del proprietario e di suo papà!!
Grazie per averci regalato dei giorni da sogno!!!

A well equipped house with excellent service

In aug/sep 2011 we stayed at this property for 3 weeks. We´ve been there with 3 generations (grandparents, parents and 3 kids, ages 5/11/14 ) and a big dog. None of us missed anything in the house or garden. The kids enjoyed the pool, the gym downstairs and the tabletennis very much. There was enough space for everyone of us and everything was very clean and modern. The dog liked the forest/park close to the house very much where you find plenty of footpaths. The owner and his family are very nice and helpful. If you need any information or advice you just call the owner Dean via house-mobile and he helps you.
We appriciated the small distance to the beach (about 15 min by car)or attractive cities such as Fazana or Rovinj. The house is close to a big supermarket (kaufland) where you get almost everything. You have to go there by car and it takes about 5 minutes.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
