Our beautiful 2-bedroom luxury apartment, sleeping 4/5 + baby - situated in the heart of Provence, only 35min away from Marseille Airport or 35min from TGV in Avignon or Aix-en-Provence - and with the beautiful Luberon mountains curving around Pont Royal and the Alpilles mountains on the horizon - it's truly a beautiful place to be and some of the best sun sets awaits you from our loggia.
The apartment is within the beautiful gated golf domain of Pont Royal. The apartment is equipped with all mod cons, everything that will make your stay comfortable. The 18-hole golf course established by Seve Ballesteros will give the confident golfer lots of challenges and for the amateur golfer a 6-hole golf course was opened in June 2010 and the golf course is rated as one of the top 10 golf courses in France! However, if you are not a golfer and whatever your age, there's still lots to do. You can via the P&V reception have access to various activities (see further down).
The kitchen is very well equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, micro-oven/steamer, induction cooker, oven, washer/dryer and more kitchen tools that you can use!
In the lounge there's an iPod station/radio/CD player, TV with integrated DVD player (we ONLY have a DVD facility - some big sporting events will at times be shown at the bar by the lake). There is a good mixed collection of DVDs, CDs and some games. A generous range of 'Provence' books, guide books, big info folder with lots of local and not local information + basket full of information as well and a restaurant book with lots of into and for you to add your comments as well!
A 5th person can sleep on the very comfortable lit bateau in the lounge.
For the BABY/TODDLER there's a baby bath, potty, froggy toilet seat, travel cot, 'clip-on chair seat' with plate, baby back carrier & umbrella, loads of children's plates, cups, cutlery and a child safety gate.
On the balcony there's a big round table with 6 chairs, a comfortable daybed, 2 small tables, 2 deck chairs, a baker's rack, some lanterns, and some arty plants
Our apartment is on the 2nd floor with wonderful views towards the Luberon mountains curving around PR to the right and the Alpilles mountains on the horizon. Some beautiful sunsets awaits you on our loggia!
The swimming pool is just 1min walk away!
At PR there are 3 restaurants, a bar overlooking the lake and entertainment some summer evenings.
PR has a convenience store, a newsagent, a tourist office and a few little shops. In the summer there's a market twice a week.
Intermarché in Mallemort and Simply in Sénas are only 10min away.
Our apartment is a great base for visits to many of the lovely Provencal villages not far away - where you'll find a new market every day of the week - and in the summer also some evening markets!
The apartment is 30min from wonderful Aix-en-Provence and 25min from Avignon.
The stunning Silvacane Abbey (one of the 3 sisters) is just 10min away.
As earlier mentioned you can book a range of activities at the P&V reception including Wi-Fi(this can now be done on-line), horse-riding, tennis, clubs + and lots more - all have to be paid directly to the P&V reception and all are on a first come first served basis! You can also use Wi-Fi in their reception, by the bar by the lake while you enjoy a drink or two, but also at the restaurants. NB! WE ARE NOT PART OF P&V - we are private owners!

NB! If you have little people with you, we ask that you bring waterproof cover(s) for the bed(s)!
2: If you need access to Wi-Fi, you can get this via P&V or bring a dongle - but via P&V you will have to pay P&V for this facility.
3: P&V - you can also get access to lots of different activities ie horse riding, children's clubs, tennis, badminton, fencing etc at the P&V reception, but all these are on a first come first basis and you will have to pay for them directly to P&V! NB! WE ARE NOT PART OF P&V - we are private owners!
4: There is a fan in each bedroom and one in the lounge!
5: BBQ is not allowed!
6: Arrival time is at 16.00 and departure time is at 10.00.
7. Our apartment is non-smoking!

We are a Danish-English couple, who just happen to love Provence any time of the year. We have travelled through France for many years, but always towards the south, where we've spent many nice holidays, and for years dreamt about 'that' place somewhere in Provence. When we came across Pont Royal(PR) in the late summer of 2007, we just fell in love with the place, as it's was so beautiful and green, the golf course surrounded by amazing landscape and mountains, so man y facilities at PR + the bonus of so many beautiful places to visit, not far from PR, it was easy, we had finally found our place in Provence!
We now also run a small B&B in a lovely old house in a village only 10min away!

While visiting our favourite city of art, light and fountains, Aix-en-Provence in September 2007, we had already decided we wanted to visit PR as it was not far away, with a view to spend
a future holiday there, but found that houses and apartments were being released for sale, off plan. We agreed that this was the place for us, and initially wanted a 2-bed house, but our agent said you get the best views if you move up and above, and we're glad we took his advice, as the sun sets are absolutely fantastic, never stops to amaze us, whatever time of the year we are there. So finally in the summer 2009 we finally took over the apartment, but we still had a lot to do ie install a kitchen and even a sink in the toilet, as these did not come with the apartment. A very helpful man with a very big van helped us getting a lot of furniture/things to the apartment - and it was a lot of hard work. However, late summer 2010 we could finally invite friends, family and others to come and stay, as we felt the apartment was just as we wanted it to be...and we and others have enjoyed the place since then.
Driving through the gates to PR always makes us smile, as we know a wonderful and relaxing time awaits us.
The views from our loggia are amazing with the Luberon mountains curving around to the right and the Alpilles on the horizon, and we never tire of the 445 acres of green land covered in beautiful trees, bushes, plants, flowers, lakes and the beautiful houses are always a delight to look at. If you are a golfer, you will find yourself on one of the top 10 French golf courses in France, and if you are not a golfer, never mind, as there is so much to do at PR or out and about, whatever your age!
Our private communal pool is 1min away from the apartment! It is also possible to have access various of activities via the P&V reception, but all are on a first come first basis, and you have to pay for these facilities directly to P&V! NB! WE ARE NOT PART OF P&V - we are private owners!
Breakfast, lunch and/or dinner on the loggia is always lovely, and at night with some nice food, some local rosé, good company, lots of flickering candles and with the mountains slowly vanishing into the most colourful sunset haze, it's a pretty special place to be.
On a practical note: Marseille Airport is only 35min away and the wonderful TGV in both Avignon and Aix are only 30min away!
Then all there is to say is - ENJOY - and remember you're on holiday and it's la belle Provence, so everything work at a slower pace! :)

Wir waren begeistert!!! :)) So viel Liebe zum Detail, alles ist stilecht und sauber. Die Abende in der Loggia haben wir genossen. Den Sonnenuntergang zu sehen, ist einfach schön!!! Bei einem Glas Wein haben wir den Tag ausklingen lassen. Danke für den hilfreichen Ordner mit den vielen Ausflugtipps,er hat uns sehr geholfen die Provence zu erkunden. We have had such a lovely holiday in the apartment and really enjoyed the facilities and relaxing atmosphere. My wife and I are not golfers but you don’t need to be to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of this resort. It felt very safe for the children and we enjoyed the relaxing pool. The apartment is beautiful and has everything you need and more. The sunsets from the balcony are amazing and round off everyday perfectly. It is obvious that Lis and Graham love the culture and atmosphere of Provence and this is reflecting in the attention to detail in the apartment.
We can fully recommend this beautiful apartment with incredibly helpful owners; we are planning a return soon to relax in comfort once again in such beautiful surroundings
My husband, 9 month old baby and I have just returned from a wonderful week in Lis and Graham's beautiful apartment in Pont Royal.
The Pont Royal golf resort is absolutely stunning, which beautiful views to be enjoyed everywhere you look, from the greens of the golf course with the mountains in the distance, to the gorgeous lakes and restaurants in the village itself.
The apartment was absolutely delightful- The moment you walk through the door you can instantly see how much attention to detail went into designing and equipping it for your every need. From the highly tasteful décor to all the little extra special touches, the owners have ensured that every need was catered for whilst providing a very welcoming and luxurious feel.
The owners, were extremely helpful in providing lots of information on places to visit, restaurants to sample etc, which really made our holiday. Thanks to their recommendations we were able to explore the very best that Provence had to offer and enjoy the beautiful region in the 7 short days we were there.
The sunsets from the loggia were beautiful, and we also enjoyed relaxing by the lovely shared swimming pool- which was very clean and quiet (we had it to ourselves all week).
All in all an outstanding apartment in a beautiful location.
I can highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to enjoy a relaxing week in Provence and we can not wait to go back soon.

We stayed in the apartment in July 2010 and enjoyed it very much. The kids wree particularly pleased with the pool. The kitchen facilities are impressive, as is the attention to detail and design in all the rooms. Liz and Graham were available (by phone) to answer any questions we had and the apartment is equipped with a range of books on the region, making planning day trips very easy indeed. We'd recommend the apartment any time, in particular as a base for exploring the area.
We spent 10 wonderful days in Provence. This was mainly due to the great flat of Lis and Graham. From the first moment we felt at home, not just in an apartment. The lovingly furnished flat offers all comforts and corresponds to 100% to the photographs.The kitchen really contains everything a amateur cook needs. The beautiful balcony offers a great view of the Luberon and invites you to dream at sunset. Pont Royal is THE ideal starting point to the countless area attractions and the hints by Lis were extremely helpful (be sure to view the homepage!)

Wir haben 10 wundervolle Tage in der Provence verbracht. Dies lag vor allem an der tollen Wohnung von Lis und Graham. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns zu Hause gefühlt, nicht nur in einer Ferienwohnung. Die liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung enthält alle Annehmlichkeiten und entspricht zu 100% den Fotos.Die Küche enthält wirklich alles, was ein Hobbykoch braucht. Der schöne Balkon bietet einen tollen Blick auf den Luberon und lädt bei Sonnenuntergang zum träumen ein. Pont Royal ist DER ideale Ausgangspunkt zu den zahllosen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung und die Hinweise von Lis waren äußerst hilfreich (unbedingt die homepage ansehen!!)

Pont Royal (PR) is 5 min drive from the village of Mallemort(N7). Aix-en-Provence(N7) & Avignon(N7/A7) are 30 min away. Food shopping: Intermache @ Mallemort(5min) and Simply Market @ Senas(10min). Convenience store at PR with fresh croissants, bread and basic necessities, news agent, small tourist office, a few small shops, 3 restaurants and bar by the lake. The Luberon mountains curves around PR and the Alpilles are on the horizon. In summer there's a market at PR twice a week.
Other Activities: P&V facilities via their reception - we are NOT part of P&V - we are private owners!
Golf: Pont Royal Golf Course is rated as one of the top 10 golf courses in France covering 6303 meters, par 72 and designed by Seve Ballesteros was completed in 1992. The club house was not ready until 2002, but it's also here the golf course starts with a short par 4. Golf lessons can be booked at the club house +33(0)4 90 57 40 79. The club house is open to non-members and you can also enjoy lunch or dinner overlooking one of the lakes from the club house!
Since June 2010 the new 6 hole golf course at Pont Royal includes a practice range of 260m with 42 mats, 12 on the upper level including one par 4, in total a length of 930m - this gives both the confident and the less golfer a good change to practice and have fun!

1) PLEASE NOTE - change-over day is FRIDAY during the summer season (29/5/15-3/9/15) and minimum stay is 7 days!
2) The rates (895.00Euro-995.00Euro) are based on up to 4 people staying. If more than 4 people are staying there will be an extra cost of 35.00Euro per week/per stay/per little and/or big person.
3) If 2 consecutive weeks are booked - a discount of 10% is given for the 2nd week!
We ask for a 25% deposit on booking our apartment and the deposit should be into our bank account within 7 days hereafter! The final 75% + the refundable damage deposit 500.00Euro per week, per stay, should be paid into our bank account by latest 8 weeks before arrival! If booking our apartment within 8 weeks of arrival - all should be paid within 4 days, or the booking is seen as cancelled!
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (EUR) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
