Resort Rental Dwelling Permit #3548
Check in 3pm/ check out 10am
When we first walked into our villa, we simply said, “Wow!” Now we invite you to discover this charming place for yourself at a very affordable price.
The beach is within walking distance, about a block and a half away.
Our Amelia Landings villa includes two bedrooms, two baths, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a large fully screened porch. A DVD player is available, along with cable television and a flat screen TV, wireless internet, and free long distance telephoning within the United States. Amenities include books, beach chairs and towels, fish poles, tennis racquets, DVD’s, and more. The appliances (stove, dishwasher, washer, dryer) have recently been replaced. We think it is wonderful, but don’t take our word for it. Look at the pictures and decide for yourself.
Amelia Landings is a quiet community nestled among one hundred year old live oak trees. It features walking trails, a tennis court, and a large pool. Our second floor villa is a private end unit that overlooks a large pond. Even though Amelia Landings is secluded, it is only a block and a half from the wide white sand beach that stretches for miles and is only minutes away from the Fernandina historic district, excellent restaurants, lots of shopping, and much more.
We all have a happy place, a place where we are simply delighted with what we are doing. For some of us it is shopping for antiques, trendy new fashions, or consignment deals. For others the happy place is golf, tennis, horseback riding, or surfing. For some it is simply curling up with a good book on the beach or on our screened-in porch overlooking trees, plants, flowers and a pond.
Beautiful Amelia Island has been rated as one of the top ten islands in the United States. It offers all of the above and much more. You can walk one of the many hiking trails, go for a drive through tree lined Fort Clinch State park, walk the beaches, go fishing or on a boat tour, hunt for shark’s teeth and other gifts from the sea, enjoy your favorite beverage while watching the sunset over the water, worship at a church of your choice, or eat at one of the many outdoor restaurants. You are only thirty minutes from Jacksonville, twenty-five minutes from the airport, and a few hours from Orlando to the South or Savannah to the North.
Our Amelia Landings villa provides a serene, peaceful, delight-full place for re-creation and renewal.
We live in Rush New York, a rural community just South of Rochester. We’ve been coming to Fernandina Beach for nearly twenty years, and thoroughly enjoy being on “island time.” We had been looking to buy for quite a while. When we found this villa in Amelia Landings, it was the perfect spot for us. Among our favorite activities are sunrise beach walking, shark tooth hunting, dining at favorite restaurants, and sitting on the screened-in balcony to enjoy a late afternoon glass of wine. We both “flunked” retirement and enjoy a blend of leisure time and activities that give back to the community.

We love our villa because it is secluded and quiet and close to the beach. We also like the feeling of serenity born out of simple elegance that we have created in our special place.
Our first time to Amelia Island!! It was myself, my son who is 15, and my mother!! It was great!! It was a home away from home!! Loved the screened in porch overlooking the pond! Thanks for sharing your home with us and it being affordable! :) Thank you!!
We loved the location of this condo for our wedding and family get together. The unit was a perfect quiet area with an easy access to the beach. We were minutes to shopping, beach, restaurants, and other relatives and friends staying on Amelia Island.
We had a wonderful week on Amelia Island. The condo was super...very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with things we needed to cook meals and to recharge for the next event. We swam on the beautiful beach...the water was in the low 70's and the weather was warm. We visited parts of the Talbot Island State and National Parks which surround the area. There were great birds all around! The condo is just down the road from Publix for grocery shopping, but also very near to many restaurants if you like to dine out. There are stores and many antique shops if you like shopping. We toured Fernandina Beach which is a charming older section of the island. There is also a wonderful screened back porch to just sit and enjoy. I believe there is something for everyone on Amelia Island and this condo is the perfect place to begin.
We enjoyed our first stay at Amelia Landing. It was a short walk/drive to the beach and the pool was great! Unfortunately it rained off and on most of our stay but it was very relaxing to sit on the nice screened in porch and read. The condo was clean and had everything our small family needed. We enjoyed driving to the downtown area to shop and eat.
Great place to spend a vacation- distance to beach is perfect as it is about a 5 minute easy walk on a pathway, lot to do in surrounding area and the condo is a great size, kitchen and laundry is a great bonus, would recommend this condo to anyone inquiring
We enjoyed our stay at this Amelia Landings property on Amelia Island! The condo was very nice. It was clean and inviting. The pictures give a pretty accurate portrayal of the property. We LOVED the screened-in porch. The location was very close to many attractions! Access to Egan's Creek Greenway was across the street. Access to the beach was mostly shaded, private, and not too long for little ones! Other attractions like putt putt, ice cream shops and the grocery were all nearby! It was a short drive to the historic district, shops, and nice restaurants. The pool at the complex was big and most days only a couple other families were there, so it was relaxing!
It was so nice to walk to the beach, relax at the pool and return to the condo in the evening for dinner and sitting out on the porch! We would recommend this property to friends and family!
The Atlantic Ocean and sandy beaches are only minutes away, along with great restaurants, state and local parks, and plenty of shopping opportunities.
