This breathtaking estate is 6,161 square feet on a very private 1 acre lot with lots of trees. Relaxing waterfall streams through the backyard to a pond below with a private cabana for relaxing. You will feel like you are in the country with no one around for miles! But you are just a short mile to La Jolla Shores beach, some of San Diego's finest restaurants and entertainment.

Home has a large gourmet kitchen, Formal dining room, large family room, living room, court hard in the entrance. Features a 3 car garage with a pool table in one.

Most of the home is on one level. There is a second large master bedroom upstairs with a private ocean view balcony. Perfect for two families!

This estate would be a great place for a wedding or other celebration!
