Both have fully equipped kitchen, dining table, breakfast bar, a/c, ceiling fans, satellite TV throughout, and a balcony where you can catch some of the most beautiful sunsets.

Two thirds of St. John is a U.S. National Park so much of the Island is untouched and the Island beaches and hiking trails are pristine and plentiful. St. John nicknamed “Love City “is truly the GEM of the Caribbean.

We loved staying here! It was close to everything. Very clean and larger than we expected.
We absolutely loved staying at this unit in Cruz Bay, St. John USVI. It was our first trip to St. John and it is now officially in the top three of my favorite places I've ever been. The locale is beautiful. The condo was one of the cleanest rentals we have ever stayed in. It was stocked with all of the essentials and then some! Beds were comfy and shower was always hot and was big enough for two! The owner, Kyle, was extremely helpful from booking through our departure. Very accessible. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Best part about the condo: LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! We loved walking up and down (and up and down) all of the little side streets. I was VERY impressed with the quality of food we had at local venues - our fave spots include Cruz Bay Landing, Sun Dog Cafe, and our #1 pic De Coal Pot. From the condo we could easily walk to markets, restaurants, EVERYTHING Cruz Bay. The Dolphin Market which is stocked with all of the essentials is right across the street. Taxis are always available to explore the island. As others have mentioned...AC units in the main living area would be nice...but not essential enough to lose its 5 star rating. Highly recommend B-Lale Condos as your home away from home in St. John.
Four of us came here--2 young-ish couples. We rented a car for the last part of our stay, but a car wasn't necessarily needed, the condos are located right where you would want to be for exploring Cruz Bay! There are grocery stores, a laundromat, bars, restaurants--all very close within reach.
The place was nice, clean--it even smelled really good. I don't think the photos even do it justice; it was larger and more open than I expected. It had a huge shower separate from the bathroom. This was really convenient because with four people, someone could be brushing their teeth or doing their hair while someone else showered, and we'd be out the door in no time and on to an adventure. The kitchen was also amazing. We had planned to try to save money by buying groceries and cooking. The kitchen had everything we needed as far as appliances, pots, pans, utensils and dishes for full meals, a coffee maker, and even a blender to make smoothies in the morning and frozen cocktails at night. Coolers and plenty of towels were also available to us.
My boyfriend and I stayed in a room that was large and bright. We rolled our shades up to let the sunlight wake us early every morning with a view of the harbor and the gorgeous mango tree right outside. Our unit (though not all units) had access to a balcony that overlooked Cruz Bay as well. We spent a lot of time out there talking and enjoying the view and the moon. It was perfection.
Furthermore, there was always someone available to help us. Beverly picked us up at the ferry dock and offered to drop us off when it was time to leave (though we chose to walk--it's that close!) She was usually at the property and so we could just walk downstairs and ask her any questions about the island or the unit. Both the owner and Beverly were very quick to call back if they missed any calls of ours and were so absolutely helpful and lovely, I can't thank them enough.
This place is an absolute gem. I can't wait to go back to St.John!
First off I must start by saying if you are looking to visit the Virgin Islands and can not decide between St. Thomas and St. John I would highly recommend St. John. Previously I have visited St. Thomas twice and after now staying on St. John I will return but never to St. Thomas, (unless I accumulate enough points to stay at the Ritz Carlton.) The condo was in the perfect location. We walked down to Cruz Bay everyday to enjoy the restaurants and bars. I would say the walk took 5-10 minutes. This is where all the action on the island takes place so it was nice being able to easily walk here and not have to worry about driving or finding a parking spot. The condo was equipped with everything needed. The blender in the condo was awesome for making some frozen drinks and the grocery store is right across the street to stock up on some ice and drink mixes. The particular condo we stayed in had 3 beds 2 in one room and 1 in the other room. It was ideal since there was 3 of us and the balcony was nice but we didn't use it as much as I anticipated we would. There is no AC in the kitchen/main area but the bedrooms have floor like AC units that cooled the room to a comfortable temp for sleeping. But the main area did get steamy, there was a nice breeze going through the place if the balcony door was left propped open but then mosquitoes got in. There is no pool area which we thought wouldn't be missed since we would spend most of the day at the beach but we missed the pool in the evenings. Having Direct TV was a nice feature and kept us entertained in the evenings. This is a great condo for the price and could easily sleep lots of people but its not luxury by any means. Just a tidbit of advice if you are deciding between a rental car or not I really feel like a
]\457rental car is necessary to explore the island. Waterlemon Cay and Francis we had wonderful snorkeling. Saw starfish, sharks, spotted eagle rays, and tons of turtles. I loved this Island I will be back!
I spent 5 days on St John with two young kids, aged 9 and 10. We had a great time. The condo was clean and neat, conveniently located. We were picked up from the ferry dock upon arrival, and dropped off there when we left. The owner responded to our emails and calls very promptly and was very helpful.
We had a GREAT stay at your condo! Walking distance to everything (across from the grocery store, close to all restaurants, bars, and shops)
Your hospitality and your prompt response to my emails and questions were very helpful on planning this vacation. Your team that showed us the condo when we arrived, were very friendly, knowledgeable, and so accommodating! They went above and beyond finding out a place that had internet that late at night, and took us there. They also brought us a grill :)
We cooked breakfast every morning there and used the cooler, towels, and chairs provided everyday to go to the beach.
The location was so convenient! I will definitely recommend your place for tourists that are looking for a simple, yet nice and comfortable place to stay in St. John, and hope to visit again.
A couple of things that we thought will be great to have in the condo is wifi, a water filter pitcher and, perhaps another AC unit in the living room.
