The sunny and comfortable furnished 140 sqm maisonette attic loft apartment has 3 bedrooms. The apartment which is part of a five story apartment house, built during the turn of the 19th century, is right in the centre of Berlin north of the Tiergarten Park and very close to the new main train stations Lehrter Bahnhof. It has integrated terrace facing south. From the upper level bedroom you have a good view reaching from the TV-tower at Berlin Alexander Square the Victory column. The apartment has been reconstructed recently to offer more space and light. Shopping can be done in the near neighbourhood. Access to public transport is very good.

Wir haben Pfingsten diese Wohnung mit 6 Erwachsenen angemietet. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an total wohl. Die Ausstattung ist nicht nur erstklassig, sondern es sind die vielen Details, die diese Wohnung zu etwas Besonderem machen.

Wir kommen jederzeit wieder und haben diese Wohnung schon an unsere Freunde weiterempfohlen.

Eine wirklich schöne Wohnung. Es fehlt nichts. Alles vorhanden und ein sehr netter Vermieter. Lediglich die 100! Stufen können etwas anstrengend sein. Trotzdem: Sehr empfehlenswert.

Ein himmlisches Dach für vier Freundinnen

4 Tage in Berlin. Die Wohnung perfekt für den Stadtaufenthalt. Großzügig geschnitten, perfekt eingerichtet, ruhig, kommunikative Architektur, prima Ausblick, ideal für Treffen mit Freunden und Familie. Herzlicher Empfang.
Man muss gut zu Fuß sein (5. Stock), bis zur U-Bahn gilt es auch etwas zu laufen - aber sonst sehr zentral.
Leider war das Wetter schlecht, sonst hätten wir noch gern die schöne Dachterasse genutzt.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - und kommen sicher wieder.

Diese herrliche Loft zeichnet sich nicht nur durch die stilvolle Einrichtung, sondern auch durch die vielen kleinen Extras auf besondere Art aus. Nicht zu vergessen auch der sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Kontakt zum Vermieter.

Dieses Ferienwohnug ist ideal für wohnen in Berlin-zentrum. Die U-bahn ist in die Nähe von das Wohnung und Berline-mitte 15 Minuten gedauert. Es gibt zwei supermarkt nicht mehr als 5 minuten zu Fuss gehen.

Es war ideal für eine familien mit 3 teenagern. Wir glauben dass dieses Ferienwohung fantastisch ist, und empfehlen zu andere familien mit Teenagern.
