The sunny and comfortable furnished 140 sqm maisonette attic loft apartment has 3 bedrooms. The apartment which is part of a five story apartment house, built during the turn of the 19th century, is right in the centre of Berlin north of the Tiergarten Park and very close to the new main train stations Lehrter Bahnhof. It has integrated terrace facing south. From the upper level bedroom you have a good view reaching from the TV-tower at Berlin Alexander Square the Victory column. The apartment has been reconstructed recently to offer more space and light. Shopping can be done in the near neighbourhood. Access to public transport is very good.

The apartment was fantastic......clean, modern ( fab decor) and very spacious....I didn't want to go home at the end of the holiday...!

I would recommend staying here without a shadow of a doubt. Although it's location is not in the centre of Berlin, the nearest tube station was only a mere 5-10 minute walk away...

When I go back to Berlin again...this is the place i want to stay!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
