This brand new, fully air-conditioned, ground floor apartment is set in a deluxe private development situated in a quiet area of Lagos and has been built and finished to the highest specifications. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath. Also included is built in double wardrobes with fitted safe. The second bedroom is a twin room also with double built in wardrobes. The second bathroom has walk-in shower and deluxe wash basin and toilet. The living area is well equipped with luxury sofas and a solid wood dining table with 6 chairs. There is also a 32' LCD TV, digital Satellite receiver and DVD. The living area opens onto the balcony which has a patio table, chairs, sun loungers and barbecue. Ideal for 'al fresco' dining. The kitchen is also fully equipped with brand new modern appliances. The communal pool area is easily accessible and provides plenty of room for sunbathing. There is also ample space for vehicle parking.
We stayed at the apartment for a week in July, it was our second time in the area but first time in this apartment and it was perfect.
The location was ideal, really close to the lovely beach with two fantastic restruants and a short drive/bus journey into Lagos.
The apartment was equiped with everything we needed and was a lovely place to come back to after a hard days sun seeking! The complex the apartment is in is ideal and well set out.
Would definitely recommend to friends and family after a fantastic stay.
We (family with 12 & 16 yr old boys) stayed at this apartment in July 2010 - it is brand new, spacious and very well fitted out to a high standard. Decor is contemporary yet cosy. The apartment is fitted with patio doors and electric sun shades which are great for keeping things cool when its hot - if it gets too hot then bedrooms and lounge area area fitted with aircon. The apartment and patio overlook fields so there is very little noise - very relaxing!
The apartment complex has a great shared pool (with jacuzi) which never seemed crowded and is ideal for kids. Gardens are landscaped and immaculate.
The local beach at Porto de Mos is a 10 min walk away - very scenic and well looked after. Couple of bars/cafes on the beach which serve tasty local fish dishes (Antonios is probably the better of the two for meals but the views from both are brilliant). Sea is crystal clear but being the Atlantic can be a bit cool as you go deeper.
Lagos is a lovely old town which has retained much of its local charm and has avoided big scale hi-rise development - it seems to have something for everyone and has a great mix of ages and nationalities which give it a very "chilled out" feel. Loads of restaurants and bars to choose from and great for people watching. Lagos is about a 5 minute drive from the apartment. There is a 2.5km main beach at Lagos and many smaller secluded coves with smaller stretches of sand.
Lots to do in the area - during our stay there was a Le Mans 1000km race at the local (and brand new) race track which we went to and had a great time.
There are no shops on site but the local Intermarche supermarket is a 2 minute drive away (having a car makes getting about much easier) and stocks everything you would need (it has a pretty good fish and meat counter for BBQs etc.
Booking the apartment was straightforward and the owner very helpful and keen to make sure everything was OK.
All in all we had a fantastic comfortable holiday here and would recommend the apartment and area.
Porto de Mos is a short distance from Lagos. Lagos is a beautiful market town set within one of the largest bays on the Algarve. Within the historic walls there is an abundance of cafes and restaurants along its cobbled streets. The marina de Lagos offers a touch of elegance with its restaurants, shops, bars and cafes and is also an important yachting centre, where many boating trips can be arranged. The area is ideal for both families and sports enthusiasts. There are numerous fantastic beaches and championship golf courses. The renowned Boavista golf facility is within 2 km of the apartment and also provides spa, tennis and football pitches. In addition, the marvellous Algarve shopping centre, two water parks and fantastic Zoomarine are only 30 minutes away. Other places of interest include Monchique (a place of outstanding natural beauty), Carvoeiro and Portimao. The apartment is within easy 5 minute walk of the Porto de Mos beach, which also has two excellent restaurants.

Booking is made with a 25% deposit to secure booking. Full payment due 8 weeks before departure. If booking within 8 weeks of departure, full payment will be required in advance. A security deposit of £200 will be taken prior to occupation of the property. This will be returned at the end of your stay upon inspection of the apartment.
There is a £75 utility charge for Christmas & New Year bookings
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (GBP) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
