House, 5 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths (Sleeps 12-14)

This tastefully decorated ocean view duplex home provides great accommodations for your family vacation with a serene relaxed atmosphere. The Jeremiah Beach House features 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc.; dining room and living room. There is a deck to the front of the living room where you can sit and enjoy the ocean breezes and watch the sea gulls while enjoying a cup of coffee or reading a book. The master bath features a garden tub, separate shower and twin sinks. There are 5 televisions, a VCR, 2 DVDs, and high speed internet service for your entertainment enjoyment.

We have 5 bedrooms. Three bedrooms each have a queen sized bed, 2 bedrooms each have 2 twin beds. We also have 2 twin mattresses for additional sleeping comfort.

The Jeremiah Beach House is just across the street from the beach with easy access to the beach. There is parking for 4+ cars, a picnic table under roof, an enclosed exterior shower and a porch swing to enjoy.

There are many activities to enjoy in the area or take a leisurely stroll on the beach, go for a bicycle ride, take in a show, play some golf, take a sightseeing tour and enjoy eating at any of the many restaurants.

Note:

Taxes not included - Linen rental is $150. which includes bedding, 2 towels & 2 face cloths per person.

Rates listed are for 12 people. Each additional person over that number is $100. per week.

While in a less commercialized area of the beach the Jeremiah Beach House is close to many attractions including, House of Blues, Carolina Opry, Pirates Voyage, Alligator Adventure, shopping, golfing, many restaurants, Martin's Golf, several grocery stores, the beach, live theater, amusement parks, animal attractions, sightseeing, and of course, relaxing or watching the sea gulls.

Notes: This is a great place to have a family vacation and we get quite a few repeat clients each year. We own, clean and maintain the Jeremiah Beach House and this year the interior was painted and new carpet was installed. We are located in a more quiet area of the beach but still close to many attractions in the area. Come to enjoy the area or just relax on the beach.
