Nestled in the beautiful Umbrian hills near Gubbio, Montereano, is the ideal place to live in close contact with nature and unwind from everyday life. It is situated in a dominant position overlooking the picturesque medieval town with superb Palazzo dei Consoli is clearly visible from the house. Montereano was drive past the illustrious geologist Guido Bonarelli, today is a company run by agricultural and biological grandchildren. It has 2 units with 2 bedrooms, a terrace, lounge, large giardinoall'italiana with trees and outdoor swimming pool 6 x 11 m. In the recent restructuring were taken innovative solutions for energy systems (solar and geothermal).

Heating, air conditioning, fridge, windows, TV (satellite and ADSL on request). Use of the pool. Park area dedicated to cooking, eating and living outdoors. Areas of the park secluded, peaceful and picturesque to relax, create, paint or play music. Hiking, caving, rafting, mountain biking nearby.
