Corner terraced house comprising ground floor (accessible via four steps): living room with TV, kitchen (which leads to an enclosed balcony with glass used as a laundry and storage room) bedroom with private bathroom (shower). First and last floor: bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom with tub. Central heating and two air conditioners on the ground floor, the house still ventilated and cool even in summer. Private garden (only for use in masonry and fully fenced) of about 180 m² with two cars inside, equipped with table and chairs to eat outside and enjoy the holidays with confidence. Let's not forget Lerici, Cinque Terre and Portofino to be discovered.
