The 60 m² apartment for two people is located on the 13th floor of a high-house and offers a panorama view directly of the sea. It has a private terrace and sea access, a pool, a/c, satellite TV, video, CD and DVD player, internet access (€ 10/week). Shower bath and kitchen with all comforts. During the summer months, you can also use the house's restaurant, own beach loungers. The owner of the apartment is a general practitioner from Spain and speaks German, English, Spanish and French. Internet cafe across the way. Two floors above you is also a penthouse with a large terrace, 120 m², sea view from all rooms, 3 bedrooms, accommodations for 6 people possible. Heating and a/c, perfectly equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, satellite TV, CD video player, DVD, internet access, kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, etc., garage available.

The apartment is located on western edge of the city of Palma on the border of the Calvia district on a small side street of the C. Juan Miro directly on its own sea terrace. In front of the house you will find a small sailing school harbour. The bus stop no. 3 is only 50 m away and shopping facilities within a radius of 300 m are available. Here you will find banks and restaurants. By bus, you can ride only 20 minutes to Palma's wonderful old city. There is also a bus connection to the airport. On foot, you can reach the mountain village of Genova in 20 minutes with a lot of typical Majorcan restaurants and caves.

1.Die Inseratangaben waren richtig.
2.Die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt und sehr gut eingerichtet.
3.Die Vermieterin hatte uns gut betreut und vorbereitet.
4.Dieses Feriendomizil würde ich jedem weiterempfehlen, der dieStadt Palma genauer kennenlernen möchte, aber nicht in der Stadt wohnen will.
5.Meerurlaub mit Schwimmen, gutes Essen, touristische Sehenswürdigkeiten in Ruhe betrachten machen diesen Standort sehr wertvoll.
Es war ein wunderschöner erholsamer Urlaub!

Wir haben einen wunderbar erholsamen Urlaub in Palma verbracht, auch wenn das Wetter nicht immer ganz so schön war. Aber dank dieser tollen Wohnung mit dem sagenhaften Ausblick aufs Meer und auf den kleinen Hafen ist auch schlechtes Wetter zu verkraften.
Die Wohnung ist sauber und gepflegt, die Ausstattung perfekt. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Die Verkehrsanbindung in die Altstadt Palmas ist ideal.
Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Die Ferienwohnung hat unsere tollsten Erwartungen erfüllt, ja übertroffen: Lage mit unglaublichem Meerblick, tolle Ausstattung, Autobahnanbindung, Nähe zu Palma, direkter Meerzugang über die Terasse, Swimming Pool, nette Nachbarschaft etc.! Unbedingt empfehlenswert!

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen auf Mallorca verbracht, und uns in dieser -gemütlich eingerichteten- hellen Wohnung SEHR wohl gefühlt. Traumhafter Ausblick !! Der Pool & die Gemeinschaftsterrasse ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt. Wohnung etc. wie beschrieben.
Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Alle Angaben im Inserat waren korrekt. Tatsächlich ist die Ausstattung der Wohnung jedoch noch viel besser: Föhn, Schuhputzzeug, Schirme,
Bücher, Informationen über Mallorca etc. - alles vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist nicht nur schön eingerichtet, sondern auch sehr gepflegt und sauber.
Ausgesprochen liebenswürdige Vermieter, die mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung standen. Unschätzbar, die ärztliche Hilfe durch die Vermieterin bei einem gesundheitlichen Problem.
Dieses Feriendomizil ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.
