The Chandler Lake Lodge is a 2800 sq. ft. recently renovated cozy lodge incorporating 7 different woods in its interior. The home sits on a 1 acre wooded lot with 100' of private sandy lake frontage. It is a warm and inviting 4 bedroom, 2 bath home with views of all sports Chandler Lake from most every room.

You will love this secluded and peaceful property just minutes from Traverse City. Use this quiet 55 acre lake for swimming, boating, skiing, tubing, jet skiing, kayaking and fishing with very little boat traffic.

The home is only a short distance from a local restaurant/bar, gas station/party store as well as a small park for the little ones right across the quiet road.

Enjoy Grace MacDonald park just a short walk away with baseball, basketball, tennis and playground.

You will enjoy this quiet neighborhood with safe roads and numerous walking trails.

About Ken Kleinrischert

My oldest son immediately named the home 'The Happy House' the week we moved in. My kids have grown up swimming, wake boarding, fishing, hiking, kayaking, mountain biking and playing outdoors on this beautiful property.

We fell in love with the 55 acre all sports lake as well as the convenient location. Having seasonal neighbors, a lake out the back door, an 80 acre wooded township park across the street, a home where every room has a postcard view of the lake, we were in heaven.

Our gift to you is to provide you a peaceful, comfortable and picturesque stage to use as a back drop for some incredible memories! Someday this 'Happy House' is going to be passed down to my boys. Take a beautiful 3 hour drive thru Northern Michigan to Mackinac City and then ferry over to historic Mackinac Island. Traverse City was named one of the top 10 wine destinations in the country. Enjoy touring one of the many wineries located just a short drive away. Traverse City was named in the top 5 foodie towns by Bon Appetit and in the top 3 for microbrews. There is so much to see and do in this beautiful area!
