We rent out our spacious 3-bedroom-groundfloor-apartment direct on the very first beach line. The apartment is situated on the ground floor in the small and homely urbanisation 'El Diamante'. The 4 km. The long sandy beach of Playa Ancha is just 5 Meters in front of the apartment! You enjoy beautiful directly sea views. The community has 2 swimming pools. Downstairs you will find the fully equipped kitchen and the first bedroom with own shower room. Further here you will find the spacious living room with fireplace and dining place for 6 people. From the living room you have direct access to a terrace with frontal sea views. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and second roofed terrace which overlooks the beach. Here you will also find the third bedroom with own bathroom. The whole apartment is furnished in Andalusian style and offers a lot of space for relaxing holidays on the sea! You can walk on the promenade to the village next door!

The Urbanisation 'El Diamante' is built direct on the beach of Casares. So you can enjoy a free view over the Mediterranean and the coast of Casares. The urbanisation is only 14 km far away from the village of Casares, which is called 'pearl' of this region. This is a small typical Andalusian village with small picturesque alleyways. On the highest elevation, there is an old spire and a peel; from this place you have a wonderful prospect to the strait of Gibraltar. It is not far to the famous lookout point Mirador de Juanar and to the Valle de los Naranjos with its unique orange-woods. The next small village with numerous shopping, dining and facilities to go out is Sabinillas/Manilva in 3 min. by car. The bigger and vital Estepona is accessible in 8 minutes. To the small intimate marina of Puerto de la Duguesa is 4 minutes by car, Marbella and Puerto Banus are accessible in 20 minutes.

  • All prices are quoted for selfcatering holidays per night. Additional costs: water and electricity: EUR 42,-/week; final cleaning, hand towels and bed linen EUR 120,- /Refundable damage deposit: EUR 200,- (This is a refundable security deposit, any damages or breakages to the property will be deducted from this deposit after your departure. If there are no damages the deposit will be transferred to the bank account of the client at least at 14 days after his departure.)

    Booking conditions: A deposit of 30% of the invoice will be required to secure your reservation with the balance to be paid by at least 42 days before arrival date.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. The following cancellation charges will be payable:
    1. More than 57 days notice given - loss of 50% of reservation payment.
    2. between 56 - 43 days notice given - loss of reservation payment.
    3. between 42 - 15 days notice given - loss of 70% of total payment
    4. 14 days or less notice given - loss of total payment (refundable damage deposit will be refunded).

This is a typical Andalusian village situated right on the coast with charming Spanish character and large paseo maritimo with several shops, bars and restaurants. The village offers further numerous shops, large supermarkets, banks, bakery, pharmacy, post etc. Sabinillas is much more Spanish, than the near marina port of Marina de la Duquesa with its numerous bars and restaurants. Here you will find also internet cafés, business centres, mini market, fitness club, dry cleaning etc. Sundays (when the weather is good) in Sabinillas is one of the largest markets - must be seen!

Dr. Mario Schneider aus Süsel: Lieber Herr Beer, nochmals vielen Dank für den herzlichen Empfang in Form von aufgefülltem Kühlschrank, Bier, einer guten Flasche Wein, frischem Obst, einer hübschen Weihnachtsdekoration und ein paar freundlichen Zeilen der Begrüßung. Die Einrichtung sowie die Lage und der Zustand der Wohnung haben unsere Erwartungen deutlich übertroffen und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Auch hatten wir das Gefühl, im Bedarfsfall eine zuverlässige Betreuung im Hintergrund zu haben, die wir während unseres Aufenthalts allerdings nicht benötigten. Als zufriedene Gäste verbleiben wir mit herzlichen Grüßen.

Die Angaben im Online- Inserat bezüglich Lage,Ausstattung etc.stimmten mit der Realität überein.Das Feriendomizil war sehr gepflegt und sauber sowie äußerst liebevoll eingerichtet,so dass man sich sofort wohl fühlte.Durch den Vermieter wurden wir sehr gut auf unseren Urlaub vorbereitet.Dazu zählten neben eMail und telefonischem Kontakt, Anfahrtsbeschreibungen, Tipps und Tricks im spanischen Alltag als auch Empfehlungen hinsichtlich sehenswerter Attraktionen in der Umgebung.Jeder Zeit würden wir dieses Feriendomizil weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung an ausgezeichneter Lage in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage. Der Balkon und die Dachterasse sind mit direkter Sicht auf das Meer, welches nur einige Meter von der Wohnung entfernt ist. Man erwacht am Morgen und hört das Meer rauschen. Vorallem auch geeignet für Golfspieler, da im Umkreis von 5 Kilometer 4 Golfplätze liegen. Im Umkreis von 30 Kilometer gibt es weitere 15-20 Golfplätze.
