Would you like to spend holidays in an unforgettable ambience like in a fairy-story from '1001 nights'? Our ground floor apartment is situated on the very first beach line in luxury community with 4 pools. The property has been furnished very tastefully and to high standards to a Moorish style. Numerous Moorish lamps, mirrors, tables and decorations are creating a very homely feeling. The spacious living room has a fireplace and dining table to seat 4 people. From living room you have direct access to the large covered terrace, which overlooks the near heated pool. Terrace and living room have the whole day sun! Both bedrooms have en-suite-bathrooms with under floor heating. The master bedroom is in red colours and offers very spacious king sized bed. In the second bedroom there are 2 single beds. Further the apartment offers a spacious wooden kitchen with all amenities. The property has an air conditioning system throughout and underground parking place.

As you travel west from the sophisticated resort of Marbella, passing the beautiful fishing port of Estepona in the direction of Sotogrande, the coastline begins to dramatically change. Gone are the tourist hotels and sprawling beachside developments. Instead, natural beaches and unspoilt countryside flank the roadside and the traveller begins to feel the pull of nature and the past. Below the ancient pueblo of Casares, which is seemingly untroubled by the pressures and demands of modern life, lies La Perla de La Bahia.   • All prices are quoted for selfcatering holidays per night. Additional costs: water and electricity: EUR 35,-/week; final cleaning, hand towels and bed linen EUR 100,- /Refundable damage deposit: EUR 200,- (This is a refundable security deposit, any damages or breakages to the property will be deducted from this deposit after your departure. If there are no damages the deposit will be transferred to the bank account of the client at least at 14 days after his departure.)

    Booking conditions: A deposit of 30% of the invoice will be required to secure your reservation with the balance to be paid by at least 42 days before arrival date.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. The following cancellation charges will be payable:
    1. More than 57 days notice given - loss of 50% of reservation payment.
    2. between 56 - 43 days notice given - loss of reservation payment.
    3. between 42 - 15 days notice given - loss of 70% of total payment
    4. 14 days or less notice given - loss of total payment (refundable damage deposit will be refunded).

Need to know about San Luis de Sabinillas: San Luis de Sabinillas is the village next door. This is a typical andalusian village situated right on the coast with charming spanish character and large paseo maritimo with several shops, bars and restaurants. The village offers further numerious shops, large supermarkets, banks, bakery, pharmacy, post ect. Sabinillas is much more Spanish, than the near marina port of Marina de la Duquesa with its numerios bars and restaurants. Here you will find also internetcafes, business centers, minimarket, fitness club, dry cleaning ect. Sundays (when the weather is good) in Sabinillas is one of the largest markets - must be seen!

Need to know about Estepona: Estepona is a small charming city on the Costa del Sol. Situated between Marbella and Gibraltar, not far away from the marina town of Puerto Banus. Estepona has saved successful its character of a typical Andalusian village in spite of a growing tourism. In the centre you will find the Plaza Las Flores, one charming constructed meeting point. In his neighbourhood you will find several bars, coffees, tapas bars and shops along the pedestrian area or the old city centre. Mentionable is the bullfighting arena of Estepona, drafted on plans of Salvador Dali and has the adequate charisma. In Estepona you will find a multiplicity of restaurants, small typical tapas bars or even exclusive gastronomy. On Wednesdays and Sundays you can visit the market place in Estepona. You can stroll along the very tastefully decorated promenade with a lot of plants and trees up to the marina port of Estepona.

Frau Bruni König aus Pöcking: Sehr geehrter Herr Beer, ja leider, leider schon wieder vorbei(...). Es war sehr schön in Ihrer Wohnung, denn sie ist ein „Schmuckstück“. Die Lage ist wunderbar im Palmengarten mit Blick auf das Meer und Gibraltar. Auch von der Einrichtung her hat alles gepasst (...) Die Wohnung ist wunderbar eingerichtet, hat uns sehr gut gefallen, Bilder und Dekoration sind sehr schön. Und auch noch einmal ganz lieben Dank für die „Erstausrüstung“ im Kühlschrank sowie die wunderbare Musik-CDs, die wir genussvoll gehört haben.

wir haben, zum nunmehr 3. mal, in einer ihrer wohnungen
eine wunderschöne zeit verbracht. diese wohnung
ist, genau wie im inserat beschrieben, ein schmuckkästchen wie aus 1001-nacht. wir haben kein
wort der kritik, es paßt alles. bemerkenswert finden wir
immer wieder ihre liebe zum detail, die sich in der ausstattung jeden raums wiederfindet. die wohnung ist
in einem supersauberen Zustand, das haben wir, speziell in spanien, schon ganz anders erlebt. toll finden wir persönlich auch, dass zur küchenausstattung messer
gehören, mit denen man tatsächlich schneiden kann. Die
abwicklung von buchungsanfragen klappt prompt, man bekommt sofort antwort. die schlüsselübergabe vor ort mit ihrer verwalterin ist ebenfalls problemlos. ihre anfahrsbe-
schreibungen sind so klasse, da kann man sich nicht ver-
fahren. also alles in allem: super-wohnung, tolle anlage, wir kommen wieder.

Komplett ausgestattete Ferienwohnung für einen ruhigen erholsamen Urlaub. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Von der großen Terrasse mit gepflegten Garten und Pool hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick über das Meer. Je nach Wetterlage ist die Küste Afrikas zu erkennen. Aufgrund der verkehrsgünstigen Lage der Wohnung sind die Sehenswürdigkeiten Andalusiens gut zu erreichen.

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Lage und Ausstattung genau so, wie sie im Internet dargestellt wurde. Nichts verschleiert oder geschickt fotografiert. Ein Willkommensgruß in Form von Obst, Wein, Wasser und Lebensmitteln für Abendbrot und Frühstück lag bereit. Kein Einkaufsstress am Anreisetag. In der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt.Es gab vorab schriftliche Infos über in der Nähe befindliche Restaurants mit Beschreibung der Küche,Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ausflugszielen. Die von uns ausprobierten Lokale entsprachen exakt dieser Info und waren gute Empfehlungen. Auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung z.B. Lidl, sind für die Selbstversorgung o.K. Ein guter Tipp war ein Ausflug ins Dorf Casares. Weiße Häuser, enge Gassen und ein Feeling von "mitten in Andalusien".Toll!
Die Anlage ist super schön angelegt und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Man liegt am Pool und hört hinter sich das Meer. Das war Urlaub!!
