Spacius One Bedroom One Bathroom Ground Level Condo With Large Lanai.

Welcome to our beautiful Maui home. Your troubles will melt away as you sit on the large lanai, looking at the lush tropical gardens that lead to a great pool and hot tub.This area also has a covered out door kitchen with barbecues, tables and chairs.

Take a leisurely stroll less than a hundred feet to the beach where you can snorkel,swim, or watch the sunset.

At certain times of the year you can see whales.

Inside the air conditioned condo, the bedroom has a new queen size bed and a t.v.

The living room has a queen size pull out sofa, dinig table and four chairs, new flat screen t.v. with new cd, dvd

player. There is free internet with wifi and a phone with unlimited calling to U.S. and Canada.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, fridge with ice maker, toaster, blender, stove, and is fully equiped with things such as cups, glasses, plates, cutlery, pots and pans, coffee maker ect...

The updated bathroom has a walk in shower.

Laundry is located conveniently outside the front door.

There are boogy boards and snorkel and masks in the closet.

Within a five minute walk you will find restaurants, grocery stores, banks and many other shops.

This condo and the surrounding complex is non smoking and no pets.

It is ground level, no stairs to climb.

The beach is a two minute walk.

The shopping, restaurants, and bank are only a five minute walk.

Nearest Beach : beach at 40 Metres
Nearest Restaurant : Several restaurants at 250 Metres
Car: recommended

Five minute drive to the Whale sanctuary.

Forty five minute by beach walk.

Our first trip to Maui but not last

The condo came with everything we needed. We used the cooler for beach snakes and beverages. We decided to try the snorkel and masks provided and were amazed by the turtles. The condo location was great. The grounds are kept very well and clean. The neighbors were very helpful, polite, respectful and very quite. The neighborhood was quiet and safe with shopping close by and lots of resturants and bars within walking distance. The April time frame was perfect. We caught the end of the whale watching season, and able to watch them from the beach as well as on a guided tour.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
