About Bryant Deruise
I am a life long New Orleanian who loves to sell the culture and nuances of my beloved and historic city to travelers. I decided to start renting my property a couple of months after being laid off. I am self-employed and hard working, and will be available at the request of any guest in need of my assistance.
Bryant Deruise purchased this house in 2007
Why Bryant Deruise chose New Orleans
This property has been a product of labor and love that took place over a two year span. Renovated from 2007 to 2009, this was my primary place of residence and a great source of pride on my behalf. Everyone that has visited just loved the house, and has inspired ideas in many of my friends and family on upgrades and amenities in their own homes.
What makes this house unique
The property is no more than ten minutes from the action of the downtown and French Quarter areas. If your the active type you have no more than five minute drive, or 15-20 minute jog to City Park and Bayou St.John and enjoy its unique atmosphere and solace.
