Situated on 2 acres with wonderful lake views and fantastic fishing, boating and swimming (level sand bottom - perfect for all ages).

The master bedroom is on the main floor with a private bathroom. All four bedrooms include Simmons Beauty rest queen size mattresses. All furnishings are Wisconsin made 'Northwoods style'. Fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and natural gas cook top. Large dining room, stone fireplace, heart pine flooring and walls. Central air and natural gas vac. Full walk out basement with great rooms on two levels. Over sized deck features spectacular lake views. Large level yard. Beautiful fire pit. Swim raft and dock.

This home has it all. Every modern feature. Decorated in 'Up North Style'. 5 minutes from Eagle River. Next to the Nicolet National Forest. Miles of trails and road to bike, hike, cross country ski, snowmobile or to enjoy via a walk. Public access to the nearby 28 lake Chain of Lakes is moments away with pontoon and boat rental.
