I feel very privileged to live in such a beautiful area. Having owned my own business over the past 10 years - I have met so many interesting people and many are now great friends. I closed my store last year and finding it difficult to find work -actually - work that I want to do (especially at my age). So, I have decided to rent my home (reluctantly!!) When we purchased our home in 2003 - there were 3 things that I absolutely loved. The view, the swimming pool and the kitchen!! This home was in dire need of work both inside and outside, but we saw the potential of what it could be. It was a money pit and never ending back breaking work - but so worth it. It may be an older home, but it has character and warmth;
You will never tire of the view - drinking coffee on the deck in the morning and then a cool one in the evening; Because we are in a forested area - we have an abundance of quails, squirrels, chipmunks, hummingbirds; and of course, the deer who love to eat our shrubs, flowers & trees; You can lay by the pool and watch boaters on the lake or float all day long on the water. The pool is totally fenced with two gates that have locks for safety for younger children. You have complete privacy due to the size of the property and distance of our only 2 neighbors. You will truly love it here!
