GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT: From Nov. - Feb. (except for Thanksgiving and Christmas), we rent the ground floor apartment separately for $600/week. It has 2 BRs and 1 full Jack 'n Jill BA, which gives each BR its own door to the BA. Both BRs have Queen pillowtops. There's a small kitchen w/microwave, sink, dishes, dining table, and full size fridge. There are 2 TVs, 2 DVDs, secured wireless internet, and a full size washer/dryer. Your own fully-furnished deck steps down to the beach and Gulf. Additional charges: $100 cleaning, 11.5% FL taxes, and $200 Deposit. Call or e-mail for discount.
Fall and Winter are some of the best times to visit as there are lots of festivals and fewer people on the beach. Ask about our great year round discounts. We rent from Saturday to Saturday.
Netflix provided at no charge. Search for movies and games of your choice through Roku box attached to TV.
Overview of the house layout:
There are 2 front doors. One goes immediately upstairs to the second floor, and the other goes straight into the apartment first streetside BR. From that first apartment BR, there is a door to the upstairs, as well as a door into the beachside BR, which is where the full bath and washer/dryer are located. That BR has a deck over the beach, and there are outside stairs to the 2nd floor LR deck, as well as stairs down to the beach. Therefore, renters, who are staying upstairs, don’t have to go through the private apartment to get to the beach.
The second floor has the LR w/2 Queen sleepers, which can be used simultaneously. It also has the DR w/10 chairs and 3 bar stools, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen. In addition, there’s a bath w/shower.
The third floor has: the MBR w/full bath and deck over the beach. The streetside BR also has a full bath. All beds and sleepers are Queens.

ENTIRE HOUSE: The remainder of the year, we can accommodate 4 groups in 4 BRs and 4 BAs and provide: high chair, 2 port-a-cribs, bathtub, and safety gates.
Disabled: we work w/30 A Bike Rentals for those needing beach wheelchairs, which are designed for rolling on sand.

Step out on to the white sand beach or relax on decks w/romantic views of the Emerald green Gulf. Tile floors throughout w/three decks over the beach, includes private apartment on first floor. TVs in each bedroom and LR, VCRs, DVDs, and video/book library. Wine upon check-in. Gourmet coffee packs; shampoos and soaps.
Golfers....book your Tee-times in advance w/us. We're close to many golf courses and offer Golf Specials/Discounts/Savings. We work w/a Golf Concierge.
Events planner also arranges fishing and golfing events.

Second floor has beautiful views of the emerald green gulf with fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, disposal, refrigerator w/ice maker; espresso, margarita, ice cream, and waffle machines; gourmet coffee packs provided; dining room w/10 chairs and 3 barstools; 2 Queen sleepers, which can be used at the same time; cable TV, DVD, VCR, video library, full bath, living room with attached Deck, over beach, for watching dolphins. Deck has a gas grill with table and 4 chairs and drinks' table.
Third floor Master bedroom with Queen pillowtop bed has its own TV, DVD, and private Deck and private bath. Deck has table, 4 chairs.
Third floor Second bedroom has its own TV and DVD w/private bath and Queen pillowtop bed. Soaps and shampoos provided.
Convenient location just a few miles from mid-bay bridge, Destin Commons, Baytowne Wharf, Grand Boulevard, Silver Sands Outlets, and Harbor. Great sunset views east to Sandestin and west to Destin. Stargazing and wine-sipping at night from decks. Wine provided upon check-in. Adjacent to Pompano Joe restaurant.
