Welcome to our Family Beach House which is newly available for the first time as a vacation rental.
Our Beach House is unique in that it is south facing with Ocean, Coastline, Mountain and Channel Island views, located near one of the finest surf breaks in Southern California and minutes from a public Beach which attracts world class surfers and long board riders.
More importantly, it is on the sand with 5 steps leading from the house deck to the sandy beaches. When comparing to other beach houses (and be sure to ask), we do not have rock walls obstructing views from the house or beach access. We do not have a large drop off from the house deck with steep stairs leading to the sand. We have direct unobstructed beach access right in front of the house to the sandy beach.
The first floor of the Beach house offers a bedroom with king bed and bath, along with an open kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area and living room, providing easy access to the open deck. White washed stained beams add to the beach ambiance along with a cast iron fireplace, and classic beach style furnishings.
The Rassmunsen architectural design includes large windows and glass doors leading beachside so that this southward facing Beach House enjoys the sun and sparkling ocean views all day long.
The second floor has a master bedroom with king bed, stunning ocean views and a door that leads to a covered balcony with access to the downstairs deck and spa. A third bedroom offers a set of bunk beds and two twin beds, stunning ocean views and access to the covered balcony, along with a TV. A fourth guest bedroom offers a king bed. On this second floor is also a full bathroom and laundry room area complete with washer and dryer.
The ocean deck includes chaise lounges, table and chairs, gas grill, hot tub, umbrellas and outdoor shower. Everything you need for sunbathing, entertaining, relaxing or simply enjoying ocean views and the Channel Islands. Everyday you’ll have the opportunity to see diving pelicans, seabirds, seals, dolphins and if you are in luck, migrating whales. Take leisurely walks along the beach to fully enjoy.
