The beautiful Florida Keys is known for its world class water sports, such as boating, kayaking, sailing, fishing, snorkeling, and scuba diving, just to name a few.
This Villa is located on Duck Key, with Tom’s Harbor at your back door where you can relax and overlook the water from the first or second floor patio, or enjoy the water directly from your Villa by walking just a few steps where small outboard boats, jets skis, or kayaks may be anchored. Boat dockage may also be rented from Hawk’s Cay Marina or Grassy Key Marina, just two miles from Duck Key.
Duck Key is located in the middle of the Florida Keys in between Islamorada and Marathon, just two short hours from the Miami International Airport. Key West is one short hour south from the Villa.
This Villa is a Conch style townhome with a full kitchen supplied with utensils and cookware to be used during your stay; dining area; living room on the first floor with a TV, satellite cable access, DVD player, and wireless internet access; direct ocean access to Tom’s Harbor from the first floor patio.
There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms located on the second floor with queen sized beds. Each bedroom has full size bathroom is attached to each bedroom. There is NOT a bathroom on the first floor.
The master bedroom has a patio with a beautiful view overlooking Tom’s Harbor. There are queen size beds in each bedroom, with a TV and satellite cable access. There is a clothes washer and dryer on the first floor. The sofa in the living room is NOT a sofa bed; however, will accommodate one person to sleep. Linens and towels are provided for your use during your stay.
The beautiful Hawks Cay Resort and the Hawks Cay Marina are located on Duck Key and is in walking distance from this beautiful Villa, built in 1998.
Florida Keys offers a huge variety of boating, fishing, scuba diving, and other water sports. However, the middle keys are world famous for the options it provides for fishing. You can fish for tarpon, mahi mahi, sailfish, or grouper, just to name a few. The middle keys, with its shallow waters offer fantastic Bone fishing. Marathon offers many charter companies for off shore fishing, if you don’t have your own boat to go exploring. Daily charters are available from the Hawk’s Cay Marina, just steps from the Villa.
Scuba diving is available just a few miles off the shore from Duck Key through a variety of Scuba diving shops. However, Duck Key Divers takes daily morning and afternoon trips to the well-known reefs in the area as well as the Thunderbolt ship wreck. Duck Key Divers is located across the street from the Villa at the Hawk’s Cay Marina.

The town of Marathon is located ten minutes south of Duck Key, where there is an assortment of restaurants, retail stores, and more activities to choose from.
We do not participate in the Hawks Cay Resort Rental Management Program, which allows us to offer our villa at seriously reduced rental prices. Consequently, the resort may impose restrictions to their facilities, including the pools. Bar food and drinks are restricted to resort guests. Spa treatments, Dolphin Connection, and Marina services are available to the public and must be paid for at the time of service. No charges may be made to the Villa. Our guests are encouraged to use the facilities allowed by the resort.
