CONDO IN HISTORIC 1928 CONCH HOUSE, WALKING DISTANCE TO DUVAL

This is our third annual month-long stay in this lovely Old Town condominium. Walking up Fleming Street to this peaceful slice of paradise leaving Duval Street’s crowds behind is always a treat. The location is central, but in the quietest portion of Fleming, with lovely old, well-kept homes joining this well-appointed vintage four-unit Conch home. The two-level unit was clean and well-maintained. The new owners have replaced furniture, and are very committed to making sure that your stay is enjoyable. The new king-sized bed is especially appreciated! Our vegetarian cooking was well supported by the fully-equipped kitchen and a nearby organic produce and prepared foods shop. The new pool area in the backyard is a great spot for morning coffee (or an afternoon dip). It’s within blocks of the quieter portion of Key West’s waterfront, several art studios, restaurants, and two terrific bakeries. While there’s no need for a car (street parking can be a challenge), the unit-supplied bicycles are useful for getting to the farther reaches of the key. Would recommend this condo to friends.
