3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Designer Dream Beach House, 2 1/2 Blocks To Beach

Live like a local in a beautiful and charming newly remodeled dream beach house. Just a 5 minutes walk to the sand at gorgeous family friendly wind n sea beach. Private yet close to all amenities.

3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with room for 5 adults and 5 children to sleep comfortably. 2 master bedrooms with king size beds (one with en-suite bathroom, the other with a private patio), a kids bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds and their own flat screen tv. The house also has a comfortable full sized sofa bed and twin daybed in the living room. All new mattresses throughout are memory foam and very comfortable.

Large private yard with shade sail covered lighted brick patio for dining and entertaining, large grass area for playing ball, frisbee and croquet or fetch with your dog, bbq, outdoor dining, large kitchen with breakfast nook for gourmet meals, washer and dryer.

Seashell cottage is a lovely and charming beach house that you'll love calling home!

Wind n sea is a lovely area of la jolla! Our house is 2 1/2 blocks to the beach and also within walking distance to the village. We are close to restaurants, shops, a spa, exercise facilities including a heated public pool and tennis courts.

Ladies Weekend

We had a wonderful time. The place is wonderfully appointed and within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Although we were there for a girls weekend, I plan to go back with my family. It is charming and quaint and close to all the local conveniences you would desire. For a very nice dinner out try the Herringbone restaurant in La Jolla - can't beat it for charming ambience.

Sea Shell Cottage definitely lives up to its name! This lovely home was really comfortable and felt just like our very own beach house. It was perfectly decorated and had all the amenities that we could ask for. We loved the house as well as the large enclosed private yard. We walked everywhere as it was only 2 blocks from Wind n Sea beach and close to downtown La Jolla. The owners could not be any nicer and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a wonderful vacation and will definitely be coming back to stay again in the future.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
