Inside, your suite is clean, spacious and very bright - the large living room’s sliding doors provide a fantastic view or just let in the ocean breeze. Cool tile flooring complements the overall “relax, you have arrived.” Vertical blinds allow you to watch TV with built-in Wi-Fi, enjoy a DVD/Blu-Ray or use your laptop with the Wi-Fi in the unit with complete control of the daytime sun.

As for the living room, settle into the duel recliners or lay on the large sectional couch which is also a full size sleeper sofa. Enjoy this happy space under high ceilings and a softly whirring ceiling fan.

My name is John and my wife's name is Carolyn. We currently reside in St. John's County Florida. We moved to Florida in 2003 and have enjoyed it ever since. I served twenty years in the U.S. Navy and retired in 2007.

We were very happy with the condo.. It was clean, great ocean view but the interior is outdated furnishings and decoratively wise. The owner did update the TV's to new flat screens with unlimited Netfix movies. Our biggest disapointment was after asking the owner a couple of times if the pools were heated? His reply was we have two and one of them is definetly heated. Neither are heated at any time of the year and that was huge disapointement for us.. The owners did provide us with an acess card to their heated pool at another condo.. which was not satisfactory or convienient. Another question about grilling was answered that we couldn't at the condo but he thought there was a central location used by visitors somewhere on the complex. It was not the case and I ended up buyng a weber electric grill which is allowed.

Our Stay at Sea Place

This was by far the nicest condo/townhouse we have ever stayed in! The decor was beautiful. The two views of the ocean from the downstairs and upstairs balconies were amazing. The condo was fully stocked and ready to go. Flat screen TVS, Blue Ray & DVD Players, free Wifi in unit, free long distance calls to us and Canada. The two pools and beach were a minute's walk and they were clean and gorgeous. We will definitely stay at this condo again. The owners were extremely nice to deal with.

We absolutely loved this condo. The view was breath-taking and the condo itself was awesome. We even had some friends stop by for the day & they loved it so much they want the info for possible future vacation rentals.
