This freshly painted spacious condo with cathedral ceilings and newly redecorated ocean view must be seen to be believed! A 3rd floor 2 bedrooms, 2 bath unit that is perfect for your next family vacation. Enjoy the magnificent view of the Gulf with a large pool, hot tub and charcoal grill located next to the gazebo in the courtyard. Ocean View from the dining table and patio. Enjoy breakfast or a cocktail on the covered patio overlooking the courtyard.

Condo Amenities:

Master Bedroom: Enter your fabulous master suite that large and airy, with a queen size bed, pillowed mattress, ceiling fan, clock and cable TV with remote. The closet, with mirrored doors, has plenty of room for all your clothes. The bathroom vanity is well let and spacious filled with plenty of cabinets to hold all your supplies. The beautifully tiled, large shower will refresh you.

Second Bedroom: The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with mirrored door closet, clock and cable TV with remote. The connected bath is spacious, with shower and tub and plenty of counter space.

Kitchen: Spacious and open with a large tiled bar is very well equipped to cook that special meal. Appliances include oven, glass top range, a refrigerator with ice maker, large microwave oven and dishwasher.

Dining Room: Seats six with four additional seats, close by, on the covered patio. Glass top dining room table with a view of the courtyard.

Living Room: Comfortable and great for cocktail hour including a large plush couch, loveseat and occasional chair. This space provides direct view of new flat screen HDTV with Netflix.

Balcony: A wonderfully large and relaxing space providing excellent views of the courtyard, beach and ocean.
