2 bed, 2 full baths, 2 patios, BBQ, near pool, walk down to the beach!

This is a BRAND NEW LISTING!

This particular unit is super nice, with a King in the master, a queen in the 2nd bedroom, and there are foldout mats and a blow-up mattress for the kids to crash on, plus a big comfy sectional sofa.

There's a propane BBQ on one of the two patios, and a full size washer/dryer set.

The kitchen has been fully remodeled with lovely granite counters and new appliances, and the bathrooms are newly remodeled as well.

There's a nice cable TV package with sports channels, wifi, telephone, full sized washer/dryer set, and the heated pool is out the front door to the right. Please see pictures!

Great condo, great location

Stayed for a month in March 2013. Condo was really clean, and had updated kitchen and baths. Nice flat screen TV in LR. Convenient location across the street from the beach. Stocked with everything you need from towels to beach chairs. Ground level, so there are no steps which is nice when carrying groceries in. One dedicated parking spot close by. Terri, the property manager, is very pleasant, responsive, and easy to work with. Look forward to returning.
