Your Mountain Home is a traditional Colorado cabin that has been lovingly expanded and updated over the last 50 years, most recently a with solar electric system in 2008. It is the only rental property adorned with hand-carved doors, panels and even a totem pole!
It is a sunny and spacious home perched on the side of a mountain. While close to the village, you have the sense of privacy that usually comes with far more isolated locations.

The bright and sunny master bedroom is on the lower level and features a queen bed and bathroom with a separate shower and tub. There are two bedrooms on the main floor, one with a queen bed. The Bunk Room has two comfortable bunk beds. It is next to the upstairs bathroom and has a roomy closet.
The efficient and well-equipped kitchens opens into a large dining room with a table that easily seats 10. Go up one step into the living room and enjoy the view of Mt. Evans from the large picture window. A large and sunny mudroom is a perfect place to store skis or bikes.
The well-stocked linen closet has spare sheets, extra blankets and lots of towels. The kitchen has everything from flatware to measuring cups. The hot tub towels are stacked on living room shelves right next to the sliding door to the deck. Warm and cozy throws are perfect for wrapping yourself in while reading or watching TV, and are kept in the upper and lower living rooms. Everything you need is here - just bring clothes and something to eat! Better still, enjoy the wonderful restaurants in Evergreen. Creekside Winery, Rio del Sol and The Kitchen at the Creek are just three of the owners' favorites.

Family Friendly - Portable crib with sheets and blankets, high chair, plastic dishes, kid videos and books, arts and crafts supplies. There is a baby gate that goes across the carpeted stairs leading to the lower level, but a determined toddler could get over it. Direct parental supervision of children is required at all times.
Handicapped Access - 3 gental steps into house and 1 step up into living room. Huge shower on main level will accept a shower seat easily. There is a flight of stairs to the lower level, but the lower level just contains a second living room and bedroom. Everything you need is on the main level. Please call if you have any questions.
