About Laura Clements

The owner, Laura, has offered resort and executive rental properties since 1996, specializing in small properties in Palm Springs and along the Georgia coast.

The manager, Eric Dowling, is not only a property manager, but also owns his own vacation rental in Cathedral City. He knows the area very well and is looking forward to being your personal concierge.

Laura chose this property for the fabulous central valley location. The cul-de-sac provides wonderful privacy. Golf, tennis and swimming are steps away. Excellent restaurants and activities in Palm Springs and surrounding communities are very accessible. Flights are convenient, and the airport is an easy one to navigate.

The condo floor plan is spacious and open, allowing multiple activities. The larger-than-average bedroom suite and attached bath has its own wing, providing desirable privacy. An additional full bath is perfect for two.

What makes this condo unique

A pretty property, a well designed interior, a great neighborhood. Activities abound inside, outside and at the club . . . sports, swimming, sunning, music, smart TV, games and cards, bicycling, reading, wifi/dsl connections, napping, dining, and entertaining.

Our condo,in association #1, Cathedral Canyon Country Club, has only 62 units and an adult population.

We have enjoyed exploring the area, with multiple trips to Joshua Tree National Park and into the different mountain ranges that rim the valley. We also have enjoyed the the pool and your patios. I sometimes work at the tables outside.



I assure you that if we get a "Palm" area itch in the future, we will be calling you.

Quiet and comfortable condo

My husband and I have just returned to Canada after spending one month in "Laura's cottage". Our arrival went without a hitch, and Eric was very professional and easy to deal with. The condo itself met all of our needs and was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen, in particular, had all new appliances and was very well appointed, thus making it very easy to cook all of our meals. We took advantage of the barbecue on many occasions. It is a nice, quiet neighborhood. We wouldn't hesitate to return and would highly recommend it.

Quiet and relaxing condo.

Spent Christmas and New Years 2014 in this beautiful, centrally located condo. Eric was great, and met us with the keys and a quick orientation when we arrived. He left us his contact number should we need anything.

It was perfect for us, nicely appointed and with two bathrooms which was great. The kitchen was fully outfitted and, since we love to cook for ourselves we took advantage. The patio adjacent to the kitchen was sheltered and private. We used the barbeque a lot and had some great meals outdoors.

Loved the complex. We rode bikes every morning and picked from the multitude of citrus fruit trees. Great for morning juice or afternoon cocktails.

We had lots of activities planned during our stay, from Palm Springs to Indio and beyond so the location in Cathedral City was perfect. Days we chose to "stay home" we were only steps to the pool and hot tub.

Golf was not in the plans on this trip but definitely will be next time. I have played the course before and it is a good challenge and very nicely maintained.

We have stayed at several very nice spots in the Palm Springs area. This one really felt like our own right from the start. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks.

Beautiful Property!

We had the best time in this lovely condo. It was quite large for a one bedroom. Two bathrooms made it perfect. It's beautifully furnished, well maintained and very clean. The owners had supplied everything we could possibly need to make our stay comfortable. We were warmly greeted when we arrived by one of the owners, and any questions we had were answered to our satisfaction. Our little dog was especially delighted with the abundance the lush green grass everywhere. The complex is beautifully landscaped and maintained. They even encouraged us to pick fruit from the many orange, grapefruit, lemon and lime trees. We enjoyed long quiet walks everyday.

We're not golfers, but the course is lovely and the club house restaurant is a very short walk from the condo. We also enjoyed several really good restaurants right in Cathedral City. Our favorite was AJ's. We ate there three times! Had we been inclined to cook, the large kitchen had everything one would need. There is an enclosed and totally private patio with an umbrella table and a large grill.

We hated to leave the beautiful weather and certainly would love to come again to this wonderful condo.

Condo in Cathedral Canyon Country Club

We stayed at this condo November 1 - 20, 2013. It was close to the pool and golf course. Byron and Laura were very informative regarding the area and we were charged exactly what we were quoted. It was nice that everything was redone and new. Our check-in and check-out went very smoothly. We love Palm Springs and would highly recommend this condo in Cathedral Canyon Country Club.

Beautiful Barcelona

"I just spent a very enjoyable stay at the Barcelona Condo. This pretty property is nicely furnished and very pleasant. I loved the easy access to the pool. It is just steps away from the condo and can be reached by stepping out of the bedroom doorway. As a single woman, I felt very safe and at home there. I visited friends in the area and I was able to enter and leave the development with ease. We enjoyed Greek food and Indian food at restaurants close by. I particularly enjoyed an afternoon at Sunnyland Center and Gardens. I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience."

The air is refreshing and the pool temperatures are practically perfect. “Felt very safe and at home” is a comment we liked hearing . . . it’s one of the reasons we chose this location for our second vrbo guest rental. The gated country club is very secure with many amenities – making the Barcelona condo especially attractive for a single vacationer. Since you’re just a few hours drive away, perhaps you will return soon to repeat this pleasant experience!

Nice Place!

My husband and I stayed here last week. I had a conference at the Palm Springs Convention Center and the property is only about 15 minutes away. Much cheaper than the downtown hotel I had originally planned to stay at. The property is newly renovated with nice furnishings and a fresh look. Our host was wonderful and our stay couldn't have been more pleasant.
