I relocated here to sunny Florida to escape those cold northeastern winters. As an interior designer and a realtor in the area, I have a keen insight to what is going on in this amazing and creative tropical beach town. The property houses a triplex, and I live here full-time in another unit. My Mom, a fabulous artist, professional landscaper and snowbird, also lives in one of the units during the winter months. One of us is always available to make sure your stay goes smoothly.

Why Robin chose Delray Beach
I lived in Ft Lauderdale, Florida once before and visited Delray frequently. When I had the chance to move back to Florida, I knew there was no where else I'd rather live. I purchased this 1940's Florida Bungalow, gutted it to the studs and rebuilt it for today's modern tastes. This historic location offers the best of relaxing neighborhood living, with easy access to all the fun offered in Delray Beach.
What makes this apartment unique
The units were all designed to be relaxing and beachy, yet each has it's own distinct personality. You'll feel comfortable and at home in our big, fenced backyard, with shared patios and seating areas. But you're not here to sit at home, so the best feature of this flat is it's proximity to everything going on in Delray Beach. It's a very walkable town and this property is located mid-way between the beach and the nightlife.
