A lovely sunny apartment with wonderful views over the bay of Puerto Pollença. Apartment Bellauba is in a hillside development in Gotmar - a peaceful residential area between Pollença and the sea. The apartments are surrounded by Mediterranean gardens with two great swimming pools.

Around the apartments there are well-designed gardens with lawns, palms and tall trees. There's a great swimming pool as well as a children's pool - and all with lovely views across to the mountains inland. The beaches, shops, cafés and restaurants of Puerto Pollença are an easy 15-minute walk away - and the closest supermarket, bar and restaurant are just 5 minutes away. The Bellauba apartments are also a wonderful base for exploring the rest of the island - the old town of Pollença is a 5-minute drive inland with more restaurants, shops and historic sites.

COMFORTABLE WITH GREAT VIEW

Stayed for a week in September.
Buildings on side of a hill in a pleasant residential area. Apartment on 5th floor, so fantastic views, as shown in the photos. Best in the complex I'd imagine. Just one flight of stairs up from the upper road and parking area. 5 floors down to pool area via elevator. From there it's a 15 minute walk to a good beach. Slightly longer walk to the Eroski supermarket.

Apartment itself is nice. Furnishings etc not pristine or perfect, but still very comfortable. Decent cooking facilities and equipment. Balcony is sunny in the morning. There are sun loungers which can be carried down to the pool. The pool is nice, tho a little chilly when we went. In shadow in late afternoon.

Deposit payment is only via bank transfer, with remainder in cash on arrival. Owner met us at the building, a friendly and helpful fellow.

Overall a very pleasant stay and would stay again.

BELLAUBA APARTMENT

I stayed here with my husband for 2 weeks in May/June. The apartment was very comfortable with a fantastic view of the bay and town from the balcony. We had a few minor niggles but the owner was very helpful and sorted them right away.
I would agree with the previous reviewer who said that the apartment could do with some minor maintenance and TLC but this didn't detract from our holiday and we enjoyed our stay here.
One disappointing element is that there are no sun loungers for use by the pool area. Other apartment owners either provide loungers that you can carry down yourself or they are sitting ready for use and padlocked at the side of the pool. Lying on a towel is OK for a short time but not very comfortable or relaxing. If there were loungers provided then this would encourage us to stay here agin.

GOOD VIEWS, AND IN A NICE PART OF MAJORCA.

The good things about the apartment:
Great view.
Nice location, both where it is in Puerto Pollensa, and the part of Majorca.
Decent value for money (we were there over the Easter holidays).

The not so good things:
The decor is tired.
The apartment is in need of a little TLC.

Overall we had a good trip to Puerto de Pollensa.

DEJLIG LEJLIGHED MED PERFEKT UDSIKT

En rigtig dejlig lejlighed med gode værelser og godt badeværelse. Stuen var også ok med gode møbler og en spisekrog. Pander og gryder var af ældre dato (vi købte selv en ny pande i supermarkedet). Der manglede generelt lidt bestik og diverse køkkenværktøjer samt glas.

Udsigten var perfekt med en utrolig flot udsigt over hele Polensa by og bugt. Det tog kun 5 min. i bil til stranden eller til et rigtigt supermarked.

There are two bedrooms - a double and a twin - both with air-conditioning and fitted wardrobes. The double room opens out onto the balcony with more great views down to the sea, and the twin room also looks down to the bay. There's a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower. The apartment itself is situated on the second floor and is served by a lift (although there are several steps up to lift) for your convenience.
