3 Bedroom,3 Bathroom With Spectacular Fazio Golf Course View,short Walk To Beach

Beautiful renovated Fazio Villa commpleted in February 2013. The Villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms located in Palmetto Dunes Plantation. First level boasts all new hardwood floors, new living room, dining room, and master bedroom furniture. The new kitchen is finely appointed with stainless steel applicances, granite countertops and custom cabinetry.

Upon entering the unit the Master Bedroom is on the right with Master Bathroom. There is a King bed with ample closet and dresser space plus 32 inch flat screen TV.

The Kitchen folllows next and is conveniently organized with plenty of cabinets and casual seating area for morning coffee, chatting, and relaxing. The dining room has seating for six plus 3 additional seats at the snack bar. The large great room has 2 fine leather sofas with matching chair and ottoman to seat the whole family. There is a 48 inch flat screen TV with expanded cable package-HBO and Sports programming. The patio doors and windows all look out onto to beatuiful Fazio Golf Course 18th Fairway.

Upsatirs there are 2 addtional bedrooms. Bedroom #2 on right has 2 Fulls, closet and dresser, Flat screen TV and private bathroom. Bedroom #3 on left has 2 Queens, closet and dresser, Flat screen TV, double sinks with private bathroom and also private balcony.

Palmetto Dunes is a 2000 acre oceanfront resort that reaches from the 3 miles of white sandy beaches, through 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, and 25 tennis courts, to the bikeway under William Hilton Parkway that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina, shops, restaurants, and Mall.

The Fazio Golf Villas have on-site community pool and pool bathhouse. They are a short walk, bike or car ride to the beach. All beach distances are measured from the center of the Fazio Complex.
