It features a bright and airy floor plan, hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings, plenty of space that comfortably accomodates up to 8.
The spacious first floor includes a master suite with a king size bed, private bath, walk-in closet, ceiling fan and 32'' flat screen TV.
Enjoy great entertainment on the 50'' flat screen TV in the spacious living room, or relax on the large screened in patio perfect for playing games or sitting back and sipping on a cool drink while being soothed by the fountain in the pond.
A large kitchen is fully stocked and will delight any chef, and we also have an outdoor gas grill for those barbecues. Serve quick snacks at the eat-in kitchen or the pub table, and those bigger meals in the dining room, complete with an expandable table that accommodates all guests.
Upstairs are two beautiful bedrooms also bright and inviting, as well as, a bonus / game room complete with games, playstation2, DVD to occupy kids of all ages. The first bedroom is large suite with king size bed, private bath, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, flat screen TV and dresser. The second bedroom has two twin beds, dresser, ceiling fan, flat screen and bath in the hallway. All bedrooms feature new top of line mattresses and light blocking drapes for a restful sleep.
Our town home also has its own private garage with additional parking nearby.
The Tanglewood pool is located within very short walking distance and is complete with showers, vending machines, bathrooms, lounge chairs, tables with umbrellas. Guests also have the privilege of using the main resort pool and hot tub which overlooks the inter coastal waterway.
If the beach is more your liking, the resort offers complimentary shuttle service to the beach and also Barefoot Landing for shopping. At the beach not only do you have fun in the sun, but you can enjoy para sailing, banana boating or just walking on the beach collecting the many shells from the warm waters. We have plenty of beach toys and sports stuff, and a few beach chairs for you use.
Adjacent to the Barefoot entrance is everything you’ll need during the stay, including a nice Bi-Lo grocery store, Walgreens, liquor and spirit shop, gas station, a few small restaurants to name a few.
If you are looking for a bite to eat, Barefoot offers three onsite restaurants. Putters Pub, located at the golf practice facility, is where you can enjoy a drink and burger after hitting numerous practice balls. Dirty Dons, on the inter coastal waterway overlooking the marina, offers a more relaxed feeling while dining and watching the boats go by. Lakeside Bistro, located at the Barefoot conference center, you can dine in or take out.
If you are looking for entertainment for both adults and children, there is plenty within miles of the resort. Alligator Adventure, Pirate's Voyage, the Aquarium, mini golf, Alabama Theater, House of Blues, Carolina Opry. For the shopper visit Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets or Broadway at the Beach. They all offer numerous shops within miles of the resort.
Are you a golfer? Barefoot has four championship golf courses. One more challenging than the other. Give yourself the challenge and play either of these four courses: Greg Norman, Pete Dye, Tom Fazio or Davis Love III or play them all.
If fishing is more your sport of chose, The Grand Strand has many charter boats going out daily from nearby docks.
