4 Bedroom, 3.5 Bathroom Townhome

Peaceful Retreat is our newly renovated property in the beautiful gated community of Lake Berkley. Our home features a main floor king master with full ensuite and its own entrance, making it ideal for privacy and very accessible. Upstairs, there is another queen master with full ensuite and private balcony, as well as a double bedroom and another bedroom with two twin beds. These bedrooms share another full bathroom. The home also features a full kitchen, half bath and laundry room on the main floor, as well as a beautiful living area with cathedral ceilings. Flat screen TV in the living area as well as TVs in all bederooms. For our guests' convenience we offer free wi-fi as well as free unlimited long distance to the continental US and Canada.

We are ideally located within the community, across the street from the community clubhouse, heated pool, childrens' splash pool and spa. Lake Berkley is a gated community manned at the gate with 24 hour security and boasts beautiful walking trails, a bird sanctuary, outdoor exercise area , playground and kids' sand area.

We have travelled twice yearly to Florida for many years and have had the opportunity to stay in a variety of vacation homes. We first stayed in Lake Berkley last year and fell in love with the community. The quietest community we have stayed in and absolutely beautiful. Add that to the amenities at the resort and great location and we were hooked!! We made the decision to purchase this home because of its location within the community and excellent condition of the home.

What makes this townhome unique

I think the peacefulness of the community and beauty of the lake/ picnic area as well as the convenience of location solidified our decision to purchase here. So glad we found this community and we're sure you will fall in love with it too!!

Lake Berkley is in the heart of it all, 10 minute drive to Disney's east gate, 15 minutes to Sea World, 20 Minutes to Universal Orlando. Mini Golf 1 mile away on US 192. Old Town is approximately 5 minute drive and is a great place to go on weekend nights for classic car shows. Also Fun spot amusement park next door to old town. Two outlet shopping malls within 15 minute drive.
