1Bd/1Ba Condo - Downtown Salt Lake. This unit has been remodeled with hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances and off street parking. Trax is just one block to the south which can take you to all that Downtown Salt Lake has to offer. (i.e. Temple Square, Salt Palace Convention Center, Natural History Museum, City Creek Center, Energy Solutions Arena, Gateway Shopping Center and Capitol Theater.)
Condo is also located just 45 minutes from Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, Solitude, Park City, Deer Valley and The Canyons Ski resorts.
For me, the number one selling point at the time – and still – is the location. The 3 buildings that make up City Haven are located at the corners of 300 South and 800 East. Its proximity to downtown and the Broadway shopping district of Broadway, as well as it’s east-side locale kitty-corner from Caffe Niche and Dexterity salon, make for a very bike/walk- friendly address. The buildings are in the shape of a “U”, creating a common courtyard for the owners and pets [dogs and cats under 20 lbs. are welcome]. Couple those delights with hardwood floors, granite counter tops, new bathrooms, kitchens and roofing — all told, you’ve landed on ‘urban’ and ‘cozy’.
We had a wonderful stay in this comfortable, well stocked condo. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and close to everything. We can only hope to stay here again next year.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and neat. Decorated nicely. The neighborhood is great we were able to walk across the street and eat at Niche. We ate there 3 times and the food is great. We would come back again next year.

This condo is clean and has everything to make the stay comfortable. It is within walking distance to most sights in Salt Lake City. The owner sent me an email saying the common area is not up to her standards, and there were a couple other comments about the common area. All I can say about that is the common area is in need of a good cleaning and painting, but not a problem to us at all. Parking is convenient and off the street. I would stay there again, and would certainly recommend this to others.
