Ajijic House Rental Photos and Description
3375 feet on one level, hacienda style.
With a nice sweeping view of the lake and the mountains on the other side, our home was built for entertaining and enjoying the eternal spring-like weather year round. Pocket doors hide completely to totally open up the house to the garden and view of the lake. We are one of just 21 homes in the Los Arroyos Norte community and we enjoy the security of having a guard at the only entrance on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Most of our neighbors live here year round and it's a very friendly area.
You can catch the local bus at the foot of the hill (about 2 blocks walk) to explore the little towns nearby. Or, if you're feeling energetic, the plaza in Ajijic is only a 15-20 minute walk. Best place around for an ice cream cone and a little people watching.

Why Ron Jackson chose Ajijic
We had decided years ago that the Lake Chapala area was the perfect place to get away from it all, whether a week or two to vacation, a month or so to explore Mexico, or six months or so to escape the cold. Ajijic has it all! From fabulous restaurants and theatre, to the weekly open market and the warm, welcoming people.
What makes this house unique
We had been looking at properties in the Lake Chapala area for over 10 years when we came across this one. We fell in love with it at first sight! The layout was perfect! The view was just what we had been looking for. And being at the top of the hill, inside a gated community with a 24/7 guard was just the icing on the cake.
