This amazingly quiet first floor apartment is located in a small alley in the heart of Rome in the historic center of the eternal city.
The location is one of the strengths of this apartment because you can get to the main points of tourist interest by just walking.
A few steps from the Pantheon (Piazza della Rotonda) and behind the Piazza delle Coppelle. Piazza Navona and Campo dé Fiori are 5 minutes to walk, which are your gateways to the main cafes, restaurants and bars.
If you want to do the real fashion shopping on the main street of Rome, with 10 minutes walking you can reach Via del Corso, Via Condotti, and Spanish steps area. Here you can throw a coin into the Trevi fountain and make a wish to return to Rome again!
The Vatican and St. Peter's square are just on the opposite side of the Tiber, and to have a journey into the past, you can visit the Colosseum and Roman Forum, which are only 15 minutes walking distance.
There is also a supermarket within 2 minutes walk, and some cafes where you can enjoy a good breakfast under the sun of Rome.
The apartment is located on the first floor in a old 18th century building, doorway on the street is made of massive wood, and just inside the building there is another iron gate before entering to the upper floor.
Inside, the apartment is decorated with antiques, and the first sight gives you the sense of space, since you have a big living room. Two quiet bedrooms are on the right, accessible with two wooden doors directly from the living room. The sleeping area is divided from the rest of the apartment.
On the left side, there is a new and versatile kitchen, provided with appliances where you can cook good meals.
There is also a small upper floor, where you can put your luggage.
All rooms are provided with windows overlooking the quiet street.
This apartment is really cozy and comfortable, pleasant and well maintained, good for families or a group of friends.

I am Raul Cinquegrani, and I am the manager of this apartment. I was born in Rome in 1985, and I still live here. I already have a B&B in the center of Rome, and now I have this 'new' apartment for those who don't want to stay in a hotel. This is a chance to live in the center of Rome at an affordable price.
Raul Cinquegrani purchased this apartment in 2013
I selected this property because it is best way to visit Rome and all of Rome's treasures.
Traveling with our teenage granddaughters, we recently had a wonderful 3 days in this beautiful, spacious apartment. The apartment is perfect in its location (within short walking distance to all the major sights, yet quiet), its layout affording privacy and comfort, its cleanliness and in having everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable. Also, Raul was an absolute pleasure as our host. He arranged for us to be picked up at the airport, was waiting to greet us upon arrival, helped situate us within the apartment, neighborhood, and Rome all with great charm and kindness. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Rome and recommend it without hesitation to everyone.
We stayed 4 nights at this wonderful apartment. We were 5 young adults and we felt really comfortable there as the apartment is quite big! Very clean and perfectly located to walk to every attraction in Rome. Our host was very kind ! We certeainly recommend it tp anyone and would stay here again.
Great stay in a beautiful apartment, in a excellent position. The apartment is clean full of all you need, the bathroom just painted looks so clean and beautiful. Perfect apartment for 4-6people. the kitchen is new and the bedrooms has their own privacy.
we had amazing breakfast in Pantheon square which is 1min walking distance, good area for restaurant and bars but is also very quite (we slept with open window). Air conditional working good but we don't use a lot because we don't need as the apartment is really fresh. special thanks to Raul and Alessandro who helped us with all their suggestions (we ask them a lot of thing :-)!!!)
Definitively we will recommend to all our friends.
we stayed in the Pantheon apartment for 5 nights in June. The location was perfect for doing everything you want to do in Rome. Very close to Piazza Navonna and the Pantheon but it was also very easy for us to walk to the Colloseum and Forum as well as the Vatican. An easy walk to the Spanish Steps and Trevi fountain as well. This was a very good base for action packed days. The master bed was very comfortable!
in the center of Rome, you can breath the atmosphere of the history of rome. few steps from everywhere this apartment is the right choice if you want to visit Rome. Raul and his brother (Alessandro) are so kind helping us with all our question. Clean, spacious and comfortable here you can find all you need for your lovely stay in Rome. I will definitely stay here again.
I stayed here with a group of five adults in late April/early May for 4 nights. First, the good: The location is awesome. The apartment is within walking distance of all the major sites in Rome. It is on a fairly quiet street which we liked after a long day of walking around. The apartment is spacious and I loved the way it was styled - simple but classic. Upon check-in we were met by Alessandro, who was very nice and helpful, explaining to us the neighborhood and some details we should know.
Now, the not so good: The apartment was fairly clean but the bathroom has a serious mold issue. The ceiling over the shower and the toilet had a lot of mold and left our group sneezing and congested. If you have a mold allergy, you should not stay here. The bathroom needed a bit of work in general (besides dealing with the mold problem) - the shower curtain was dirty (at one point we couldn't take it anymore and cleaned it with bleach) and the mirror above the sink was wrapped partially in saran wrap to protect it from the moisture. The kitchen needs new pots and pans as they were scaly and old from years of abuse. Although the apartment is very big, the loft is used mostly for storage and could not fit the extra bed, which seems like a waste of space. This apartment would be great for up to 4 adults but gets to be uncomfortable with anymore than four. Lastly, the double bed is very uncomfortable. It sagged in the middle and made it difficult to sleep. However, the queen bed was fine.
If you are looking for an apartment with a great location this might be the place for you. Just be aware there are some details that need to be addressed (especially the mold!).
In the middle of historic center, museums and churches of Rome are all around. Walking in the history and visiting the main points of tourist interest are the recommended things easy to do. Piazza Navona is only 5 minutes walking, here is possible to have an own portrait, makes by one of the many artist working there. Pantheon is the wonderful church with an hole on the top. Really close are also: Spanish steps, Via del Corso, Via Condotti, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Venezia and Colossem.
