Our beautiful villa is an ideal base for a family or golfing holiday. Our four bedroom, three bathroom, fully air-conditioned holiday villa is situated at the Magic Landings gated development off Highway 192, Kissimmee, Orlando. Our villa has been finished to an exceptionally high standard and is able to accommodate up to 10 guests.

Our villa is close to the Orlando Theme Parks, Golf Courses, Shopping Malls, Beaches, Restaurants and Bars and offers luxury accommodation in a relaxed setting.

The pool area is south facing and enjoys sunshine all day, it is private and offers fantastic views over open land, where Bald Eagles, Hawks and Wild Turkeys are seen in their natural habitat, truly spectacular. There is a shaded area available at the pool area, where al fresco dining can be enjoyed by everyone. All doors leading to the pool area are alarmed in order to protect children

This is a beautiful, relaxing villa where Families and Groups are welcome

It is advisable to book your tee time in advance. Many of the courses offer discounts so remember to look out for the discount coupons, they can save you a lot of dollars over your Golfing stay. Kissimmee Golf Course, St Cloud Golf Course and Harmony Golf Preserve are close by, they are all good courses and are very reasonably priced.

Excellent Stay

We stayed here Sunday to Saturday and had an excellent stay! The posting is just as described, very neat, clean and well stocked with towels etc. The gated community is very nice and quiet and the pool is great! We will definitely be recommending this villa to our family and friends and can't wait to plan another visit to Florida!

We stayed in this home for 4 nights, when we arrived we found it clean, and ready to go. The owner is quite helpful, and responds quickly to emails quite quickly. We would definitely rent it again if we were in the area.

Nice, quiet, accommodating villa. It was surely a convenient place. From the gated quiet community to all the restaurants and stores found in close range. Although we only stayed one for one short week, it was worth it and I would love to stay there again if I returned to Kissimmee for another vacation. The house is well maintained, kept really clean and spacious. The neighbor was friendly. Everything stated in the description and captured in the picutres were there, nothing hidden. I would surely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a vacation home. We all loved it! Thanks again Kim for letting us stay in your villa, you were truly helpful! :)

lovely villa!!!

We loved staying in this villa so much two years ago we decided to come back this year it is such a beautiful well furnished house in such a peaceful and friendly area. There are resurants and supermarkets very close which is also handy. We found it a safe and surcure environment.
It was also a easy drive to and from the airport and all theme parks. The pool was lovely and clean and the maintenance man was also on hand which is good. I would most certain recommend this to friends and family all in all it is a 10 out of 10 villa!!!

A quiet get away close to the action!

Thank you so much for a lovely stay in your home. My family and I enjoyed ourselves a bunch. The rooms were clean, and there was plenty of space. The location is conveniently located to anything and everything you may want to do in Florida. The house is situated in a quiet community and was a peaceful retreat after running around the theme parks all day. We loved the flea market right up the road as well! Thanks for a great visit!
