Tranquility and very convenient location

The property description is absolutely accurate. The surroundings and the place is reflected with the photos accurately. The place was immaculately clean and well maintained by all means and standards. (Tried to leave it that way...hope I was close.:)) All matters were solved with no delay and very politely. The owners were very understanding about my arrival problems since I landed very late and was struggling with a jet lag the next two days.
I would recommend this place to all of you who are interested. Recommended places around: Surf, Hammerhead...I thought americans are much better in pull though:)
..and this is how far I would go with objectivity from this point on let me tell an interesting story about the rental procedure.
I am a European as most Americans would consider me an "alien" and I tried to rent several places on Amelia Island. Every owner, except the owners of this wonderful condo, wanted extra assurances such as money up front, check my credit card and anything that shows no trust or obviously doubts about the way how I will be paying for the rent. I choose this place because the spoken word worked the same way how I am used to do business in Europe. Nothing else could be said because for me this trustworthy process showed that the owners do care and the place would be as described. A friendly advice for future renters: They are trustworthy owners therefor do not hesitate to go ahead and reserve the place especially if you are seeking tranquility and want to enjoy Amelia Island without any problems. Cheers again...and I will very probably be back one day.
