These beautiful apartments have just been renovated to a very high standard with high quality fittings and hardwood parquet floors throughout.

The location is absolutely excellent, it is impossible to get more central than this. A stay in any of the Paraires apartments will make your excursions in Palma convenient and easy to plan!

The apartments are located on a lovely pedestrian street right in the heart of Palma old town. This area has been carefully reformed and restored to give a feeling of Palma in the old days while at the same time providing luxury accommodation, shops and boutiques. On the same road as the apartments, you will find plenty of shopping opportunities as well as nice cafés. The Passeig del Born is literally just around the corner!

This beautiful 1 bedroom apartment has just been renovated to a very high standard with high quality fittings and hardwood parquet floors throughout. The large windows, all entering the private terrace let plenty of light into the apartment. You enter into the living room space with an integrated, fully-equipped kitchen area. This is a spacious area with plenty of seating for the entire family or group of friends. There is also a second bathroom with shower just off the lounge, which is convenient when there are guests using the sofa bed in the lounge. As you walk through the kitchen from the lounge you walk up three steps into the bedroom, on the left is the en-suite bathroom and to the right a large double bed plus a set of bunk beds, for those who like to have the children close by. The terrace is on the ground floor but has no street access, so is completely safe and walled for any children visiting. We also have a selection of toys that they are welcome to borrow!

Ideal location - central but quiet, great apartment - clean, spacious, super AC that chills on the hottest day, great access to tapas bars, shops, etc. and very helpful and friendly managers made this week an absolute pleasure for us (2 adults and 1 9 months old baby). Can only recommend.

My wife and I stayed in this apartment in June 2011 , we had a very enjoyable time , the apartment was very clean,and presentable .exactly as the pictures describe , Its also in a great location ,very close to coffee shops , restaurants , etc. . Would happily recommend to anyone thinking of staying here.

APP. PEGASUS 1 - GERNE WIEDER - ES WAR SUPER

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder im Alter von 7 und 11 Jahren) haben unseren Aufenhalt im Apartment Pegasus 1 sehr genossen und können dieses nur weiterempfehlen. Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel und modern ausgestattet. Wifi funktioniert super. Es fehlen zwar Seife und ein paar Kleinigkeiten in der Küche, aber das kann man ja besorgen.
Die Lage ist sensationell, man ist in ein paar Minuten am Strand oder im Inviertel Santa Catalina, Shopping direkt vor dem Haus, Fahrradverleih 2 min. zu Fuss entfernt. Einziger Nachteil ist, wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist, ist es sehr schwierig einen Parkplatz in der Umgebung zu finden. Es ist eine Parkgarage um die Ecke, jedoch sehr teuer, wie überall in Palma.

Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und verlässlich.

Lovely pedestrian street right in the heart of Palma next to the famous Passeig des Born and very near the Cathedral. Palma's old town is a pretty, tranquil area with plenty of shopping opportunities as well as a great choice of restaurants and bars.

The apartment is a 2 min walk from the La Seu Cathedral and the same distance from La Llonja, which is excellent for dining.
