On the beautiful Punta San Nicola (haul) property has been carefully restored and divided into two main house own home, surrounded by park of 6000 square meters divided into vineyards, gardens and giardino.La country and its proximity to the port (2.5 km) the sea (150 m) to eliminate the machine.

The property is situated close to the sea at the beautiful cove of Punta San Nicola, 15min walk from the village, large garden with vineyards, vegetables, fruit, olives, aloe, quiet. Ideal bike use, good fishing area and snorkeling.Favignana is known for its beaches and rocky coves of sand stone, gardens underground caves, the 'Mattanza' (traditional tuna fishing). The house has kitchen local dishes: pasta with sea urchins , fish couscous and grilled fish and of course tonno.Il best restaurant is an excellent dive. Very well connected by frequent hydrofoil service, the journey takes only 30min to the port in turn connected with Trapani Trapani Airport 40min and Palermo 50min.Zona high archaeological interest: the cave of the well, horse cave, underground gardens, tonnara.l 'island enjoys an excellent micro climate that allows for a very long season for bathing.
