About Derek and Jennifer Patterson
This is our third home that we have made available for rent; the first in Clearwater. Our other two properties, in Branson, MO, have been a great success and over the past 6 years we have truly discovered what makes our renters happy in our homes. We are both from the Joplin/Springfield, Missouri area and have lived there all of our lives.
Derek and Jennifer Patterson purchased this cottage in 2013
Why Derek and Jennifer Patterson chose Clearwater
We ABSOLUTELY adore the Clearwater area. We searched for years to find just the right place that we would feel comfortable calling our home away from home. We knew this house was 'the one' when we saw it in January 2013. The quiet, historic neighborhood and the huge, beautiful trees make this a place that we just cannot wait to come back home to!
What makes this cottage unique
We fell in love with the little purple house under the oak trees at first sight. We love being just minutes to the beach and boating; however, we're not so crazy about being stuck in the hustle and bustle of big cities! We enjoy peace and quiet and not having to deal with noise outside our windows, especially on vacation! This property fits the bill .
Guestbook comments from the owner
We marveled at how this little cottage was decorated and appointed. Had a nice stay and met both Phyllis and Carol - very nice neighbors. Many beautiful sites, and lots of things to do! We enjoyed the Pinellas Trail and the trolleys to many towns and places of interest!
