We have a Washer and Dryer for your use.
So when we first purchased the Beach House our thought was to try and retire here someday. It use to be a rental. But it is hard to come and enjoy ourselves when the house is occupied with tenants. So the Vacation Rental By Owner sounded like a way we can have our family and friends and folks like you get enjoy our Beach Home. We know you will have a great time in Bandon . It is a quaint little town that you can feel at home . Whether you are strolling the shops in town or walking the beach or golfing one of the many courses there will be something for everyone to do. Everyone loves Bandon.
Sue & Bennett Reuter purchased this house in 2002
Location ,Location ,Location! Sits a block away from the beach that is famous for its rock formations. The walking paths around Coquille Point offer views of the coast and the Coquille Lighthouse. We just love the all the different beaches and the easy access. Bullard's, Face Rock, Seven Devils. All the town events like 4th of July, Cranberry festival, Christmas light on the Boardwalk are a delight to see. Don't forget the golf in this town.
We feel in love with home for it's location, and spacious living room with peeks of the ocean. From the door step the beach is two minute walk. The bonus room has board games and books for the kids. We have two water heaters so you'll never run out of hot water. One parking spot for a car in the garage. Plenty of additional parking out front for RV's and other vehicles, boats, trailers, etc..
Thank you for the lovely weekend at your cozy and comfortable vacation home! We enjoyed the warmth and ambiance from the electric fireplace. It added a nice touch. Your very well equipped kitchen adequately supplied all the needed cookware, even spices to prepare home cooked meals. We enjoyed the Bandon area from the beaches with their unusual rock formations, to old town and the wharf with its many unique shops and the cranberry lodge we would have not seen if not for your provided maps. We are looking forward to our next stay at the Reuters Beach Loop Rental.

I highly recommend this rental property. Five of us stayed there for 5 days just before Labor Day this year and the weather was beautiful. The house was very clean, had heat when we needed it, and all the amenities that you would have in your own home. Nice large rooms, and exactly one block from the beach. Very clean beach, easy stairs down to the tide. My first trip to Bandon Oregon and will definitely not be my last. Cute little coastal town.
We arrived to find a moderately comfortable beach rental with room for everyone. We overlooked the '80s style sofa sleeper that sagged at the bottom when you sat on it. It appeared to have been used a lot over the years. We thought "Well that is what you get for $xxx a night", right? All the furniture in the house was older and not very comfortable. 3 Days after we left the house, the owner called and accused us of damaging the sofa sleeper and putting holes in the wall behind the couch. She said she would keep our deposit money. We feel scammed. If the sleeper was "broken", it was damaged before we got there. If there were holes in the wall behind the couch (which we didn't see because who would move the couch to look for holes when you first arrive?), they were there before our visit. Before the phone call, we were going to recommend this property to friends who want to visit Bandon and we were planning to come back again. It's a shame that this property owner does business this way. Beware. You could be scammed, too. I'd also like to mention that the outside trash bin was full when we arrived, which suggests that someone was there just before us.
My husband and I took our 2 granddaughters and my Mom and of course little Bambi our dog to stay here in Bandon. The house fit our needs wonderfully. With only a little more than a block to the beach, the girls were quite happy. My 8 year old granddaughter discovered Monopoly upstairs so we played that in the evenings and of course she beat Grandma. My 5 1/2 year old granddaughter found the game Twister upstairs and that supplied us with a lot of laughs! My husband and I loved the mattress on our bed--very comfortable. If we get down Bandon way again, we would definitely rent again,
This property was very enjoyable. It is a block from the beach and very well kept. We had a couple issues but the local contact and the owner was immediately available via phone and E-Mail to resolve any issues. The property was extremely clean and well supplied. We would use this property again if we are in the area ( and we probably will be.) The place is extremely accessible to the beach for walks and sunset viewing. It is walkable to the old town and a great place to ride bikes. We had a great time.
This house was just the right size for the 6 of us, including 2 teenage girls. The girls used the loft room and loved it up there. Perfect for us because our sleep wasn't disturbed by their night-time giggles! Kitchen was well supplied and everything was clean and well maintained. The location was excellent. Only one short block to the steps down to the beach at Coquille Point, which is one of my favorite beaches. This was a family trip with ages ranging from 13 to 70 and we all had a fabulous time. I would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and hope we can also return on a regular basis.
As advertised, Reuters Beach Loop Rental is about a two minute walk to some of the most spectacular beach on the Oregon coast. The renter should be aware that temperatures are lower along the coast. We had checked Weather.com which said our stay would be in the 70 to 72 degree range; low 60s was what we experienced. The four of us went into town and bought heavy coats! We found a local who said that the temperature sensors are located about 10 miles inland, and it is about 10 degrees cooler on the coast. We believe him!
The house is modest but reasonably comfortable. The renter should be aware that the second bathroom is out in the garage – outside, down a couple of stairs, into the garage, across a cement floor with some carpeting – for those of us getting up in the middle of the night, that is a factor to deal with!
Finally, the renter may want to be aware that the TVs are not of the flat screen species – thus if you plan to hook your computer or other electronic device, e.g., for a slideshow display, there is no such input available.
Having said all that, now that we know the lay of the land, we may well come back again! The owners were polite, the caretaker was helpful, and some minor problems we mentioned have been eliminated.
Wild Game Park, two fish hatcheries, crabbing, storm watching, agates and shelling, city park and children's playground and library is one block away.
